Duck/swan food purchase
I bought some duck/swan food that was supposed to have lots of different seeds and pellets in it, but it turned out there was only one type of seed and the ducks and swans weren't keen on the pellets at all. They just pick through them, so it's basically just a fancy bag of bird seed with a label saying it's for ducks. I was really let down by the misleading advertising and the lack of variety in the food.

Holiday rental experience
My experience with the holiday rental was really disappointing. I had booked in advance, but the reservation got cancelled at the last minute, which was totally unexpected. Trying to talk to the company was a struggle, and getting my refund took way longer than I thought it would. It was just so frustrating and added a load of unnecessary stress right before my holiday.
