Online purchase of trainers
I had a really pleasant experience at Kickgame. Alex really went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair of trainers, even showing me some options online that weren't in the store. They had a great selection of trainers at the Covent Garden location, and I really liked the personal touch in helping me decide. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience at Kickgame and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Birthday bouquet
I bought a birthday bouquet from this company to surprise my friend with a lovely arrangement. However, the bouquet ended up being delivered a day late, even though I had been in touch with customer service throughout and had received prompt replies. The flowers were not great quality and didn't match what was shown in the ads. I was really let down by the whole experience and felt like I had paid too much for what I got.
