Birthday gift delivery
I was in a bit of a tight spot needing to quickly send a birthday present to a loved one in another country, and this service really helped me out. With just a day and a half's notice, they managed to make sure the gift got there on time for the special day. I've actually used this service quite a few times to send flowers all the way from the UK to Romania, and I've never had any problems. Premium selection bouquet received much smaller
I felt really let down by the bouquet I got from this company. I went for the top-tier peony bouquet and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as big as what they had shown on their website. There were only two peonies in the bouquet, even though the picture had way more in their so-called "small" bouquet. It was just not right, and I won't be buying from them in the future.
Funeral flower delivery
I recently bought some funeral flowers using this service, and to be honest, it didn't go well at all. The website messed up and sent the flowers to the wrong address, which meant they didn't get there in time for the funeral. I tried to fix it by giving them the right address, but they wouldn't send them again. I even suggested someone local could pick them up, but they ignored me. The customer service team didn't communicate well and were not helpful at all, which was really disappointing.
International flower and chocolate delivery to Thailand
I was really happy with the amazing service I got when I ordered flowers and chocolates to be sent internationally to Thailand. At first, I wasn't sure about sending a gift to such a faraway place, but the bouquet and chocolates arrived right on time, making my partner really happy and giving them a lovely surprise.

Mother's day flowers
The flowers were really nice, but the delivery was a total disaster. I made sure to request them to be delivered on Sunday 26th May for Mother's Day, but they turned up a day early. The delivery guy was so unhelpful and not very friendly, it seemed like he didn't care at all about his job. It was really disappointing.
Failed delivery
The delivery from this company was an absolute nightmare. The product didn't even make it to where it was supposed to go, and trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. The only option was to fill out a webform, which looked like it was made on purpose to be a pain for customers to use. Dealing with their awful customer service was really annoying and letdown.
Flowers, card, and chocolates for Mother's Day
I was so excited to surprise my mum on Mother's Day with a beautiful bunch of flowers in a vase, a lovely card, and some Lindor chocolates. However, when the delivery arrived, it was not at all what I expected! The flowers were decent, but the vase was missing, and the chocolates were a huge disappointment - definitely not the Lindor quality I was hoping for. I spent quite a bit of money on what turned out to be a bit of a flop of a surprise.
Mother's Day flowers delivery
I bought some flowers for Mother's Day delivery and decided to pay extra for Sunday delivery. But I got an email from the courier the next day saying the delivery would be delayed until Monday. Floraqueen's customer service replied quickly, but I was only refunded a small part of the total cost, which wasn't enough considering the inconvenience caused.
Flowers not received
I sent some flowers to someone, but they never received them! I've sent flowers to this person before, so I'm sure the address is correct. I'm not sure if they took a photo of the flowers when they delivered them since the building has security. It's been a few days now, and I still haven't heard anything back from the company. I'm really let down by this!
Delivery of a Bouquet
Terrible experience! The bouquet I ordered was completly different in type of flowers, size, and quality from the one that was delivered. In addition, flowers delivered were old!
Mother's Day bouquet disappointment
I was really let down by the Mother's Day bouquet I got from the website. I've bought them before and could choose the size, but this time it was way smaller than I expected. Normally I go all out and get the biggest one for my mum, and I think she noticed it wasn't as grand this year. I might have to think about getting flowers from somewhere else next Mother's Day if I can't pick the size on this site anymore.
Bouquet ordered in Rome
I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered in Rome recently and I have to say, I was really let down by what I got. The flowers I got were totally different from what I had chosen and, to make things worse, they weren't even fresh. I got in touch with the company and showed them pictures to prove the mistake, but it seemed like they just ignored me. Instead, they offered me a discount for my next order. That wasn't what I wanted at all - I just wanted the right flowers or my money back. So, I won't be using their services again, that's for sure.
Birthday bouquet
I bought a birthday bouquet from this company to surprise my friend with a lovely arrangement. However, the bouquet ended up being delivered a day late, even though I had been in touch with customer service throughout and had received prompt replies. The flowers were not great quality and didn't match what was shown in the ads. I was really let down by the whole experience and felt like I had paid too much for what I got.
