    I have to say that I feel very bad for not reading before purchasing the bad reviews this floraqueen.com has! These people not only deliver late one or even two or three days after the promised date, but they also dispatch different things than advertised! Then, when you go and make a claim, they shoot you their "company policy"... apparently, they post in small characters that they can deliver at their discretion any time they want! CRAPPY SERVICE, WORST SERVICE SUPPORT EVER! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM

    Rain was speckling the window when I finally pressed confirm — a daft moment, I know, but I was nervous about spending €70 and hoping it would actually look the part at my mum’s place. I ordered from England for her birthday and at first I braced myself for disappointment. First impressions matter, right? The photo online looked polished, and my initial worry was they'd skimp or send something sad. What surprised me (in the best way) was the moment I saw the photo my mum sent — the bouquet actually looked fuller and fresher than the website picture, and she had a tiny extra sprig tucked in that brightened the whole thing. That’s when I relaxed; I remember thinking, okay, they’ve nailed it. It arrived on time, the packaging kept everything intact, and even with a slightly bent leaf or two — hardly worth mentioning — the overall effect was lovely. The customer updates were clear, and somebody had taken care with the wrapping. Would I use them again? Yes — for special days I’d do it again, especially when I want something that actually makes her smile.

    Late but decent in the end

    I wasn't expecting a mini heart attack on a Tuesday morning, but there you go. Needed same‑day delivery for my mum’s birthday — long story, she’s got a bad back so timing mattered — and I picked them because the website said same‑day was possible. I ordered at six and got an instant confirmation… for the next day. Messaged customer service and mostly got auto‑replies quoting T&Cs, no proper answers and no phone number to call, which was annoying. I even tried to arrange a friend to collect and that got shuffled about too. Only after pestering by email did a third‑party courier finally confirm shipping, still for the following day. In the end the flowers did turn up, just late, and they looked nice, so credit for the product itself. But the delivery handling and the canned responses added a lot of stress. I’d use them again if I wasn’t in a rush, but they really need clearer delivery options and proper customer service.

Delivery still wasn’t same-day as I’d hoped, which was annoying, but the bouquet did arrive and my friend liked it. Not flawless — communication could be warmer and quicker, and I wouldn’t rely on them for urgent last-minute stuff — but they did admit the issue and did something about it, which I appreciate. I’ve used similar services for family occasions before, usually nothing fancy, and this was meant to be the big one. I ended up fretting and chasing emails instead of enjoying the day. Customer service were polite, yes, but all of their replies felt like copy-and-paste lines pointing at the Terms and the courier. I sent a few messages explaining how serious it was and got the same script back, no real answers, no ownership, and no meaningful offer to make amends. They refused a refund on the basis of their policy. If you’re ordering for a casual delivery it might be fine, but for weddings or birthdays I wouldn’t roll the dice.     I am incredibly disappointed with my experience using Floraqueen. I placed an order (Order ... 80109996) for a special birthday gift on November 4th, paying the full amount of 81.70 EUR. The gift was intended for someone special, and the timely delivery was crucial for the occasion.
    The item was never delivered.
    I initially reached out to customer service via email when the delivery date passed. They responded a few times with vague excuses for the delay, which was frustrating but I remained patient. However, they have now completely stopped responding to my inquiries.
    It has been several weeks since my order date, and I have received neither the product nor a refund. The total lack of communication and resolution at this point makes me feel as though I will never see my money again. This is unacceptable business practice.
    I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Floraqueen. The service was unreliable, and the customer support completely failed to address the issue.

    Delivery and support let me down

    By the time the driver rang my girlfriend in Marbella I’d already been halfway through emailing and phoning customer support, so it felt like I was watching something unravel. I entered the correct company name and address on the order form, phoned straight after placing it and spoke to Sarah who said she’d flag the details with the driver even though the delivery wasn’t scheduled for two days. That sounded sensible at the time. On the delivery day the driver called my girlfriend, she read out the exact details from the form and was told they couldn’t deliver because the address was allegedly outside their area. I chased Sarah again that evening and was told the matter was under team review. A few days later the review concluded there was nothing they could do. No real apology, no meaningful fix, no practical suggestion other than “we can’t help”. I’ve used direct florists and other delivery agents before and usually there’s at least one person who takes ownership, or a refund option, or a quick reroute. Here it felt like an elaborate booking system with no one actually responsible once something went wrong. The website and booking flow were fine, and the idea of a central agent can be handy, but the execution and follow-up were poor. It’s not completely hopeless as a concept — when it runs smoothly it saves a lot of legwork — but for anything time-sensitive I’d advise going straight to a local florist to avoid the faff and uncertainty.

    Flowers that never turned up — and no answers

    I thought this would be straightforward, but it wasn’t. A colleague had mentioned FloraQueen when I was frantically searching for same‑day options, so I checked them out on Google and booked the "Dressed in Pink: Roses and Gerberas" for delivery on 24 May 2025 in Paris. It was for my mum, who caught COVID after a trip and was stuck isolating in a hotel room — nothing fancy, just a small pick‑me‑up I hoped would cheer her. I put the date in when I paid and the confirmation showed it back to me, so I assumed job done.

    The Hope Bouquet with a box of chocolates and vase

    If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered flowers for the same day delivery.

    It was Valentine's Day (14th February) so I appreciated it may not arrive same day but close after was ok. I have still not received my order (11th March - almost a month later) and have been emailing with very in little in way of response. I was offered a gift voucher which in light of how this order went, won't be all that useful to me. I was only ordering flowers for my friend who has been very low lately and thought a pick me up would be nice, and I won't be ordering again.

    I requested for my total of £88.30 be refunded to my original payment method and have been ignored. I have no other choice but to review and warn other people not to bother with this company. TOTAL SCAM!

    Order a product, spend money on said product just for it not to arrive and to not get a response or a very generic basic email. Disappointed is an understatement.

    I have to say, I was really impressed by the amazing service I got when I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. It was such a smooth and simple process, and the customer service was fantastic. I want to give a big shoutout to the lovely staff member who helped me out, I can't remember their name but they were so friendly and really made my experience special.     Premium selection bouquet received much smaller

    I felt really let down by the bouquet I got from this company. I went for the top-tier peony bouquet and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as big as what they had shown on their website. There were only two peonies in the bouquet, even though the picture had way more in their so-called "small" bouquet. It was just not right, and I won't be buying from them in the future.

    I recently bought some funeral flowers using this service, and to be honest, it didn't go well at all. The website messed up and sent the flowers to the wrong address, which meant they didn't get there in time for the funeral. I tried to fix it by giving them the right address, but they wouldn't send them again. I even suggested someone local could pick them up, but they ignored me. The customer service team didn't communicate well and were not helpful at all, which was really disappointing.

    Flowers, card, and chocolates for Mother's Day

    I was so excited to surprise my mum on Mother's Day with a beautiful bunch of flowers in a vase, a lovely card, and some Lindor chocolates. However, when the delivery arrived, it was not at all what I expected! The flowers were decent, but the vase was missing, and the chocolates were a huge disappointment - definitely not the Lindor quality I was hoping for. I spent quite a bit of money on what turned out to be a bit of a flop of a surprise.

I'm not sure if they took a photo of the flowers when they delivered them since the building has security. It's been a few days now, and I still haven't heard anything back from the company.     I've actually used this service quite a few times to send flowers all the way from the UK to Romania, and I've never had any problems. The whole process is really easy and quick, and they keep you updated on when the flowers will be delivered, either online or via email.
