My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some clothes thinking they'd arrive the next day, but it took a whole week and they hadn't even been sent out. When I asked about it, the customer service team told me things that turned out to be untrue, which just made me more frustrated. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this company because they're just not reliable and their communication stinks.

I've been getting my contact lenses from this company for ages now, and I've always been happy with the service I get. Even though I choose the basic postal option, my orders always arrive quickly. And they even throw in some freebies with every order, which is a nice little bonus. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of contact lenses.
