Hotel booking error
I booked a hotel on this website not too long ago, and I ran into a really annoying problem. When I finished booking, the site said it didn't go through and asked me to do it again. But then I realised to my horror that I had accidentally booked the same hotel for the same night twice. It was a right mess and really inconvenient, plus it could end up costing me extra cash.

Unsatisfactory service
I had a really terrible experience with this company. It's been 18 months now and I'm still struggling to get my claim sorted out. The hospital hasn't even sent a final notice for payment, and when they tried to contact the company, they were met with refusals and excuses about data protection. I can't believe they would use that as an excuse to avoid dealing with legitimate claims. I had to jump through hoops to get important documents like my son's doctor's ER notes just to prove his diagnosis, which should have been provided by the insurance company in the first place. And now, even after all this back and forth, I have a looming deadline before the bill goes to collections. The lack of communication and professionalism from this company is really frustrating and I would suggest anyone thinking of using them to think twice.
