Garden furniture
Have never written a review before but feel it necessary to share our recent experience. In March 2020, Ordered (and paid for) garden furniture which was a significant cost to us as a family. Was told not to contact to ask about delivery until at least 20 working days post order date. After 22 working days and still no info on delivery, I made contact. After being passed through 3 different advisors, I was informed our product was out of stock and would be coming back in August. Reluctantly we waited (having missed out on having garden furniture for summer). Phoned again in august having still had no update, only to be told our product was only returning next season (2021). Was offered no suitable alternative except to pay almost double for a similar product. Received our money back in full without problem but we were without this money and no furniture for over 6 months with little to no update. Understand most others have had a positive experience with the company so certainly not suggesting this is a common problem, but feel our experience was well below expected standards

But the classes are very good
I am currently doing MS excel classes with The Shaw Acedemy, trust me it’s one of the best classes I have had attended, they teach each thing in detail and their slides are very much student friendly. There is an option of revising the topic too using the material provided by the academy and there are regular assignments too. Thanks Shaw for a wonderful experience.
So far I love the class and how easy it is to complete the assignments/quizzes. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I feel like I have learned so much and it will help me in my health and fitness journey. Thanks Shaw Academy!

I've done few online courses but frankly speaking SHAW ACADEMY has turned out to be the best, easy, well organized, the lectures are excellent, straightforward and comprehenable, i also love the fact that students get reminders for classes, truly amazing, if you're having second thoughts about this, i advice you register you won't regret

Best experience ever to learn online.
A fast paced learning experience. I haven't purchased the toolkit for the class as it is extra and I'm still doing a free trial. So that seems to be interfering with my ability to make the most out of the classes. So all in all, it's a little more expensive than it looks like on the surface but they're knowledgeable in the field and they show you working examples of what they're talking about. So you get to see exactly what individual lines of code do inside the process. All in 8/10.
When I opted for the Diploma in Project Management course, I initially didn't take it too seriously because I thought it was going to be business as usual, no big deal, until I attended the second class; oh my God. The teaching is fast and furious, the course content is just big enough to keep you busy studying till your next class. It's better than I ever imagined, no child's play at all. It's like going back to school again while at home! I love Shawacademy already, and my friends have started hearing about them from me already. Thanks Shaw!

It is definitely one of the best courses out there. The material is clearly explained and presented and Morpheus is more than equipped and super helpful to aid with any topic related questions. Shaw academy is a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to other persons.

Diploma in Photoshop
I've signed up for the free 4 week trial. I'm not overly impressed with service/delivery at the moment.
The course content itself is great.
I'm really getting annoyed with the pushing of buying extra content - pop-up screens every time I log in or change page. I know I'm on a free trial, but with how pushy they are it's actually turning me off wanting to move to a paid subscription.
Also it has been really frustrating trying to change scheduled class days/times. One of their seeming marketing points is "your study, your way" or something like that. But there's actually more restrictions on how much you can do per week, and rescheduling of you miss a class, than any other study I've ever done (and I have a uni degree as well as numerous diplomas).
The user platform is simple if you are able to stick to the schedule you initially set up. But if you need to change your schedule for any reason, it becomes complicated and painful real quick.
You make it easier for a beginner to learn new things.
