So, I got myself this fancy ticket for the train ride from Manchester to Liverpool, right? But let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The seat was all wonky, kept sliding back unexpectedly - made me feel like I was on a dodgy ride at a theme park, rather than a train. And to make matters worse, not a single person from the train crew came round with any snacks or drinks. Can you even believe it? I mean, come on, not even a cheeky bottle of water for poor old me, stuck there thirsty. And the cherry on top - when I spoke to this guy called Adam in Customer Relations, he only offered me a measly refund, that was just plain rude. Honestly, do they have no sense of decency?

I bought this really awesome titanium camping cookware set for my upcoming camping trip. But you know what? It never actually turned up! I sent loads of emails to the manager asking when it would arrive, and all they kept saying was that it was coming from Germany. But, it never showed up! Luckily, PayPal came through for me and made them refund me. In the end, I bought the same set from a different shop and received it with no problems at all. So, if you're thinking of shopping from that store, make sure to use PayPal or eBay to keep yourself safe!

I recently ordered a bunch of flowers for my partner's birthday as a surprise. They arrived on time as promised, which was great. However, when my partner opened them, she was really disappointed. Some of the flowers were missing their heads and were just placed in the box like that. The bouquet was meant to be big, but what we got was quite small and didn't seem worth the money we spent. I get that there are delivery costs to think about, but even when you factor that in, I could have got a similar bunch from the supermarket for way less.

I placed an order on your website for a specific item on the 18th, and I'm disappointed that I haven't received my delivery yet. I've been getting automated emails, but the item still hasn't arrived, which is frustrating. It's worrying to see other stores managing to deliver items quickly, even offering next day delivery services during the pandemic. I would appreciate it if my item could be sent to me soon or a refund provided. I signed up for a boiler service in May, but weeks have passed and I still haven't received any service! The engineers they sent were not keen and didn't bother responding to messages or calls. In fact, one of them had his business shut down and his gas safety certificate had wrong information. I would advise being cautious with this company, as they don't seem reliable and come across as inexperienced. Thankfully, I managed to cancel the 12-month contract they require you to commit to!

Just a day after ordering, I got a message saying they couldn't deliver it due to 'unforseen circumstances'. They did refund me quickly, but then I saw the same fragrance back on the website at twice the price! This made me feel tricked and annoyed. Companies need to be open and truthful with their customers to keep them loyal. I won't be suggesting this company to anyone, and I won't be buying from them again in the future.

I found this cream paint and brown wax and it's amazing! I watched some videos on creating wood effects with it and thought I'd give it a try. The paint came quite fast and was packaged really nicely. I tried it out on an old wicker basket that was looking a bit shabby, and now it looks absolutely fantastic! It genuinely looks like real wood, and now I'm considering what else I could use it on.

I am currently doing MS excel classes with The Shaw Acedemy, trust me it’s one of the best classes I have had attended, they teach each thing in detail and their slides are very much student friendly. There is an option of revising the topic too using the material provided by the academy and there are regular assignments too. Thanks Shaw for a wonderful experience.

Best experience ever to learn online.
A fast paced learning experience. I haven't purchased the toolkit for the class as it is extra and I'm still doing a free trial. So that seems to be interfering with my ability to make the most out of the classes. So all in all, it's a little more expensive than it looks like on the surface but they're knowledgeable in the field and they show you working examples of what they're talking about. So you get to see exactly what individual lines of code do inside the process. All in 8/10.
When I opted for the Diploma in Project Management course, I initially didn't take it too seriously because I thought it was going to be business as usual, no big deal, until I attended the second class; oh my God. The teaching is fast and furious, the course content is just big enough to keep you busy studying till your next class. It's better than I ever imagined, no child's play at all. It's like going back to school again while at home! I love Shawacademy already, and my friends have started hearing about them from me already. Thanks Shaw!

I just took my first class. I felt that I did not get an information I was looking for. Due to a heavy accent, I sometimes had a hard time understanding my instructor; the loudness of the sound was inconsistent.
Also, I'm having a hard time resolving some financial issues. I was trying to find out what was included in a Tool Kit and accidentally click on a button. The item did not go to a purchasing basket and/or I was not asked if I was sure that I want to purchase an item, it just charged my account within a second. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back even though I have no intention to download or use the Took kit. I hope this can be resolved peacefully.Amazing instructors
I gave a four-star rating to Shaw Academy because their trainer's voice is too low and I had to strain my ears to hear him. The contents of the course is fine,
I have just taken the first class of photography and it seems be to be an additional skill for me. Learning material is good and easy to understand. Educators are extremely professional.
Well, I'm not new in using Photoshop to design but your class had taught me more than I knew before. Your classes are very intensive and we'll presented.
Tho I just started my class. My first class experience was amazing it was really interesting each sub topics where explained carefully and in detail can't wait for my next session
I'm finding very informative. I have some knoweldge of PM but not aware of everything that is covered within the course. The lessons are clear and quiz tests are a good way of checking your understanding. You can then go back over the lesson when you find you haven't fully understood the terminology.
It is really easy to understand and very helpful content.

Beware and alert all links, as i unawared n alerted , before started the class for Graphic Design already paid tools kits, after module 1 still sending me link to purchase tool kitsgood ..easy to learn

I took a lot of online courses and I can compare. This Graphic Design class is really a treat for me. You can get new skills easily and pleasantly for not a decent price. First period is free and you will check whether you like it or not. The module lessons are pleasant to watch and very clear to understand. And the best thing is - control! Because YOU schedule your lessons and you are responsible of attending it so it is wonderful for procrastinators who can't finish any course. It helps. I will definately recommend it to my collegues

The classes that i have been attending since last three weeks were realistic and i have been able to relate it with my lifestyle its been a pleasure for me to be a part of Shaw Academy and I'm sure that i will be learning more valuable lessons in the upcoming modules
Classes are very interesting and enlightening indeed but tutorial videos can't be paused when started..
The lessons are very educational and interactive when the educator asks questions during the lesson for us to answer. However, the site is not very easy to navigate and can be confusing at times.
I find the classes very informative and at a good pace

Started my first lesson May, 18th! I absolutely love the pace, I love that I can review the educational information afterwards to document notes for myself as I'm a handwriting learner. The professor has an amazing accent and it only keeps me listening more! He makes everything he speaks about exciting and states things in ways I'm able to comprehend. Shaw academy gets a 10 Star in my opinion! so far so good! :) -Kaylee H

I have now explored several courses and modules. I see how the overall system works and think the information in several areas is great for beginners. Im looking forward to exploring a bit further to see if the information becomes deeper as the modules go on. So far so good.
classes have hood information motion, but the program is difficult to work with and a bit misleading. This program really nickel and dimes you. Making you pay for notes, and a diploma after you already paid for the course is obserd . You are not told these things before you perchase and things are not correctly explained

So far my class is great, very informative! I love the class selection and the affordability! I believe the diploma should be included and not a separate fee. one click purchasing should at least come with a confirmation to ensure the student didn't accidentally click.

Shaw academy is really great.
The Project Management course is very clear and incisive, having the right speed. The AI system for questions is also a nice touch. The only negative thing is the extreme amount of e-mails sent everyday by the Shaw Academy.
Step by step instructions introduce each subject. Lesson is fast and hence need to be alert to understand it
I like the class, as English in not my native language, sometimes I find it to fast but I have adopted, I would like to have more interaction and more tasks practical.
I did not know all the special features that our camera phones have and Shaw Academy made me realize it. Can't wait to take and share my first picture applying what I learned in my first class, and certainly I can't wait to learn more. Awesome knowledge.
I am not enjoying the course as much as I thought I would. I find that the delivery is very fast and I have not enough time to absorb the information.
Similar to lesson 1 on the Diploma for Sports Nutrition, lesson 2 has been concise and easy to understand. Though the audio sometimes gets cut off and the presentation goes a head in a few occasions. Overall, it has been very educational by far

As the course continues, it’s still very interesting, very easy to comprehend and very informative. I like that you can pick and choose when you can get to it and that they will send you reminders prior to your course starting. Days prior, day of and an hour before etc. which for me ( since I suffer from short term memory loss from brain surgery) it’s very convenient, and helpful. Definitely considering the continuation of this platform.

I decided to take the Excel program as being able to use the program can be exceedingly beneficial for different aspects of my personal and work life. I also had an opportunity through my cellphone provider to access the courses free for 3 months.
The knowledge this program will provide me with will allow me to be more essential and help my colleagues as well as allow me to organize my own spreadsheets at home.
Pros: Start from the very basics
Easy to complete: if something comes up you can reschedule your class.
All the information and assignments are available online to complete which makes it very convenient.
Cons: you cant get ahead if you wanted to learn more information. Only one video is provided at a time.
Positive : really interesting course, nice exemples and good speaker, really informative
Negative : lack of interaction
