Canceled order
This company is a total nightmare to deal with. I placed an order, but then changed my mind after reading all the terrible reviews online. Even though I got an email saying my order was cancelled, they still went ahead and charged my credit card. Now I'm having to fight with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I'd steer clear of this company, they can't be trusted and will take your money no matter what.

Paper packaging, good quality clothes
The service at this shop is absolutely fantastic. Everything from ordering to getting my hands on my stuff went really smoothly and quickly. I love how they focus on the little things, like using lovely paper packaging instead of boring old plastic bags. And the clothes are always such high quality, I can't fault them at all.
