Meds delivered in bad packaging
I ordered some medication from an online pharmacy, and they were really helpful and professional, which was great. The only issue is that the packaging is not very good - it's all dented and taped up by Royal Mail. Sometimes the medication inside is squished too. But apart from that, everything is fine.

Pre lit Christmas tree
I wanted to get a new tree, so I checked out this website with loads of great reviews. I'm really glad I did because we ended up getting this incredible pre-lit tree. It looks so lifelike - the outer branches look so realistic and it's really full and thick, with branches sticking out just like a real tree. It's a lovely lush green colour and comes in 3 parts with 3 small plugs to connect the lights that are already fitted. The lights have 8 different settings, but we prefer to keep them on static for a lovely warm glow. We're absolutely thrilled with our new tree and the service we received from Christmas Tree World was fantastic.

The people working at the shop in Bicester were really helpful and knew a lot about bathrooms. They showed me all the different options and advised me on the best products to suit my needs. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they were.
