Refund problem
I bought something and later changed my mind, you know? So, I emailed them about it, but they claimed they didn't receive my email, even though I got a notification saying they did. I then called them twice, and they assured me they would resolve the issue, but nothing actually happened. It's just like dealing with the post office - really frustrating! 🙄

Replacement item not received
It's quite worrying that the company hasn't fulfilled their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They told me they would send a replacement item in their email, but they haven't followed through on that promise. This lack of responsibility is disheartening and shows they don't really understand customer rights and what they should do. Instead of taking responsibility, they're trying to blame the courier service, which isn't very professional and just proves they haven't had proper customer service training. It's obvious they don't know the legal rules for selling goods in the UK.
