    Clothing order

    I ordered some clothes online and was really looking forward to getting them. But to my disappointment, after waiting for four weeks, my order still hadn't arrived. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me that the items were available but wouldn't be delivered until a much later date. The fact that I wasn't told about this long delay was really disappointing. All in all, the whole thing left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

    I'm really not happy with the service I got for my online clothes order. It took ages for my order to arrive, and when it did, it was the wrong size. I had to go through all the bother of sending it back and paying extra for the right size to be sent. It was all such a long-winded process and really frustrating to deal with.

    Gabor boots purchase

    I'm really unhappy with the Gabor boots I purchased from this shop. They fell apart within 6 months and started to let in water. It's obvious that they weren't made well, especially considering how expensive they were at £165.00. I tried to get them fixed, but the shoe repair guy said they were poorly made. I returned them nearly 4 months ago, and after a lot of back and forth, customer service finally admitted there was a problem. But I still haven't got my money back. Looks like I might have to get a solicitor involved. I would advise against shopping at this store - stay away!

    I recently ordered some jeans online, but it turns out I picked the wrong style so I cancelled the order immediately. They assured me that I wouldn't be charged, but lo and behold, they still took payment! I tried reaching out via email and phone twice, but heard nothing back. A whole month later, the jeans finally arrived so I promptly returned them. I am absolutely furious with this company and if they don't resolve this promptly, I may have to involve my credit card company. I used to be a loyal customer with no issues before this mess.

    Returned boots for a refund

    I've been dealing with a real headache trying to get my £124 refund from this company since the beginning of December. Their customer service team has been promising me each time I contact them that the refund would be sorted out quickly, but that just hasn't happened. It's really frustrating and unprofessional for them to make promises that they can't keep.

    After a month and a half of chasing them up, I finally managed to get my refund, but the whole ordeal was so unnecessary and caused me a lot of stress. I'm not sure if I'll ever shop with them again after this experience, which is a shame because I actually liked their products.

    All in all, a very disappointing and frustrating situation, to say the least.

    I was really gutted to find out that the company has stopped trading in the UK. I had just bought some really nice clothes from them and was keen to keep shopping with them in future.     I'm really let down by my experience at this shop. I bought a cardigan for £69 but it never arrived. I've tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times - calls, emails, even sent a letter in December - but I still haven't got the cardigan or the refund they said I'd get.     I ordered a birthday present 5 weeks ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, my delivery is still MIA. The customer service team has been giving me various excuses for the delays, ranging from payment problems to stock shortages. It's so annoying how the company can't seem to sort themselves out and give me a straight answer. Eventually, I gave up and decided to cancel my order as I had completely lost trust in their ability to deliver on schedule.

    I can hardly believe what a nightmare I had with this company. I placed an order for some clothes way back in August, and they took my money straight away. Come November, guess what? Still no sign of my order! I had to keep pestering them through emails just to find out what was happening, and all they kept saying was that the items were out of stock, even though they were apparently in stock when I placed my order. They said they'd refund me, but then delayed it again by another two weeks. I ended up having to get my credit card company involved because my money was nowhere to be seen. Frankly, it's downright shocking that a company that advertises itself so much can offer such shoddy service. They keep going on about a "5 star Satisfaction Guaranteed," but I can assure you, I felt nothing close to satisfaction. I really should've checked the reviews before deciding to buy from them.

    What's going on with this company? Peter Hahn used to be my go-to for quality clothing, although a bit pricey. But lately, the reviews are bad and I'm not the only one unhappy with their service. I sent back a coat on the 21st of December and even though they got it on the 27th, I had to email them twice to get my money back. It's terrible how they ignored me. I eventually got my refund over two weeks later, which is just not on. With their bad ratings, I'm not sure about ordering from them again. It looks like Peter Hahn is in trouble since they shut down their UK business, confirming what customers suspected. Maybe that's why there are problems with refunds lately. Thankfully, I got mine eventually, but their poor communication and slow refunds have really put me off.

    I got myself a proper winter jacket for men from an online shop not long ago. It took me a while to find just the right one, but eventually, I came across this top-notch clothing website. The jacket wasn't cheap, but it was worth it because it looked good and seemed to be well-made. I took the plunge and ordered it on the 21st of December, and it turned up on the 10th of January.     I wanted to talk to you about something that happened to me recently regarding the refund I was supposed to get from your company. So, I've been waiting since early May to get my money back, and despite sending loads of emails and making a bunch of phone calls, I still haven't seen a penny.     I fancied getting a cosy coat for the winter, so I decided to order one online in December.     Gabor moccasins purchased

    Well, I decided to take a bit of a risk and ordered a pair of moccasins from this online store. I was a bit unsure at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but I thought, why not give it a go? To be honest, I was really pleasantly surprised! The shoes arrived pretty quickly, just within 2 weeks of me placing my order, and they were exactly what I had been wanting. The size was spot on, which can sometimes be a bit tricky for me as I'm a half size. I hadn't seen these moccasins anywhere else, so I was really happy with my purchase. The quality and comfort of the shoes were even better than I had expected, and I'm genuinely delighted that I decided to get them.

    Avoid shopping from this company! They don't care about their customers at all. I ordered a duvet cover set sized 155x220cm and only got two pillowcases. The seller admitted that the set was incorrectly priced, so they just sent me the pillowcases for the price of the whole set that was advertised. They quickly removed the set from the website, which I found very unfriendly. But wait, there's more... Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. The hold music is terrible, and after waiting for over an hour, the call got disconnected three times. It's a disgraceful service. You can tell they don't care about the business. In the end, I ended up spending more money and receiving the new order much later than expected. I got a new duvet cover from Germany for my sick husband as a Christmas present. If the seller had just been honest about the mistake, I could have acted quickly, and my husband would have had his new duvet cover for Christmas. Instead, we got it 5 days after New Year's! Now I see on the website that you can actually order pillowcases and a duvet cover in different sizes. That's just careless. This is not how you handle customer issues. Businesses like this have no place in today's world.

    I recently bought quite a few things from your company, and at first, I was happy because I thought I could get a refund if the items were worn and washed. But over time, I realised that the clothes weren't as good as they were made out to be. They didn't hold up well after washing, following the care instructions, or even after wearing them once. On top of that, I felt like I was getting too many catalogues sent to me, which was a bit much. When I tried to cancel my orders, it was a bit of a mission, taking quite a few tries and only getting through after calling and explaining why. The response I got was a bit defensive, with the customer service saying refunds were only for faulty items, which I didn't think was fair. All in all, I'm disappointed with the quality of the products and the customer service I received.
