Multiple items with next day delivery
I had a terrible experience with the service. I bought a few things and paid for next day delivery but didn't hear anything about my order. I sent a few emails but didn't get any replies. It's been 10 days now and I don't know what to do next.
Smart/casual clothing
I got loads of clothes from this place because Zara and H&M don't always have what I'm after. The stuff here is proper nice, feels so soft, and fits just right.
Two expensive summer shirts
What a let down! I bought two expensive summer shirts and made sure to follow the care instructions properly. But you know what? One of them shrank in the wash so much that it's now too small for me to wear. Not happy about that at all. And even when I took the second shirt to a professional cleaner, it had the same problem. Can you believe it? When you're paying more for quality, you'd expect it to hold up better.
Return items, still waiting
I ordered some things a while back and returned them a long time ago. They received my items, but I still haven't received my refund. I'm currently still searching for my items in the warehouse. It's really taking a long time!
Awesome clothes
The staff at this shop are absolutely amazing! They were so helpful with all my queries and really quick at responding to me. The clothes are really stylish and of high quality. I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews, this place is definitely superior to others.
Delayed purchase
I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a letdown. The company is blaming DPD for the delay, but the lack of communication and effort to fix the issue has left me feeling cheated. I still haven't got my order, and the fact that the company is not taking responsibility for it is really disappointing. I really don't recommend buying from them because their customer service is just not up to scratch.
New clothes
I've recently bought some new clothes and they're really cool! The designs are amazing and the quality is excellent. I needed to exchange one item and the customer service was so helpful and quick to respond. I'll definitely be shopping here again as I really love both the products and the service!
Return assistance with wrong size purchase
I had to send something back because I ordered the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service and Frankie was really helpful. I first asked for store credit for the refund but then changed my mind and asked for the money to go back to my original payment method. Frankie replied quickly, was polite, and sorted out the problem efficiently. The service I got was top-notch and made returning the item easy. I would definitely think about shopping here again.
Clothing and shoes purchase
I was a bit let down by a jacket mix-up from Bélier before, but I decided to try them out again and I'm so happy I did. The clothes they offer are really top-notch and feel really luxurious. The sizes are a bit on the small side, but it actually fits me quite well. I recently got some shoes from them too, and I have to say they are really good for the price they are being sold at. All in all, I'm really impressed with what I got and would definitely suggest them to others.
Two items order
I ordered two items but only got one because they were out of stock. Luckily, Julie from customer service was really helpful and sorted it all out for me! I received my replacement polo shirt the very next day and I absolutely love it! A big thank you to Julie and the store, I will definitely be shopping here again!
Apparel sizing issue
I bought some clothes from Belier recently, but the sizes were totally wrong. They were nothing like what they advertised. So, I got in touch with their customer service team about it, but they were so defensive and rude. It was obvious they had no clue about UK consumer laws and what we expect, even though they sell online in the UK.
Return request ignored
I tried to get in touch with customer service about a return, but I was totally ignored. I sent an email and also messaged on Instagram, but didn't get any reply at all. It's so annoying when companies don't deal with customer issues promptly. I won't be shopping here anymore.
Large order never arrived
I placed a big order with this company not long ago. But, to my disappointment, the items never showed up. I reached out to their customer service via email and got a refund without any explanation or apology for the mistake. I sent another email to ask about what went wrong, but didn't receive any reply. It's really disappointing and unprofessional that there was no communication or accountability from their end. It's a pity because I really liked their products and would have been happy to spend more with them if they had tried to make things right.
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this company recently and I have to say, the service I got was outstanding. My hoodie and joggers
I purchased a hoodie and joggers from this place, but when I tried to return them, it was a bit of a nightmare! I have been waiting for weeks and still haven't received any response. I'm concerned that they might charge me for my next Pay in 3 PayPal payment before dealing with my return. On top of that, I didn't get a confirmation of my return or any updates on the situation. It feels a bit dodgy, like they might be trying to scam me, even though they might not be.
Big order, no refund!
I've ordered a bunch of stuff and spent a lot of money, but ended up having to send most of it back. Now I'm just waiting for my refund, but it's taking forever! I've tried emailing and messaging them on social media, but they're completely ignoring me.
Black hoodie and jeans
I bought a black hoodie and some jeans from this shop and they were absolutely terrible. When I tried to return them, it took forever to get my money back and they only did it after I complained a lot!
Replacement item not received
It's quite worrying that the company hasn't fulfilled their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They told me they would send a replacement item in their email, but they haven't followed through on that promise. This lack of responsibility is disheartening and shows they don't really understand customer rights and what they should do. Instead of taking responsibility, they're trying to blame the courier service, which isn't very professional and just proves they haven't had proper customer service training. It's obvious they don't know the legal rules for selling goods in the UK.
Almost bought 3 items
I nearly bought 3 things from that shop, but I thought I'd better read some reviews first. I'm really glad I did because it looks like a lot of people have had problems with them. I don't want to risk wasting my money on a dodgy seller!
Gilet purchase
The service I got from beginning to end was really exceptional. Frankie really helped me out with an issue I had with my order, even though it wasn't their fault. I really appreciated how they engaged with me and sorted out the problem quickly. I also bought the gilet and was pleased to find that it was the right size, which can be tricky when ordering online. I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent service.
