I am really disappointed with the service I have received from this company. Ever since they took over my subscription, the quality of service has gone downhill. They promised great delivery times and customer service, but they didn't deliver on any of it. Dealing with them has been a total waste of my time, money, and effort. I would recommend that anyone thinking of using this company should steer clear.

I'm an experienced shopper at Selfridges and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the recent change in their returns policy. I've been a loyal customer for years and I've always depended on their 28-day return policy. But when I got back from a holiday recently, I discovered that they'd changed it to just 14 days without telling me beforehand. I was completely taken aback and now I'm stuck with two items that I can't return. It's put me in a bit of a tough spot, to be honest.
