Easy booking process
Booking with this company was so easy. The information they gave us was really clear so we knew exactly what we were getting. When we got to the cottage, it was even better than we thought it would be. It was so clean and we were so happy to see that everything we needed was already there. And having a field next door for our dog to run around in was just perfect.

Diamond ring purchase
I bought a lovely diamond ring from that shop not long ago, and I'm really happy with it. It's just what I wanted and definitely worth the price. The diamond is top-notch and the ring itself is very well made. I've had loads of people say how nice it looks too.

Faulty item
I'm really let down by the service I've received. I've been waiting ages for a response about a faulty item. I've done everything asked of me - emailed and sent photos - but still nothing. It's so annoying not to hear anything back or get it sorted.
