    I bought a hoodie and trackies for my son for Christmas, but they took ages to arrive. When they finally did, they sent me two pairs of ladies cycle shorts instead! I tried emailing them for two months to sort it out, but I didn't get a reply or a refund. I won't be ordering from them again!

    Son's new clothes

    I bought some clothes for my son on the 14th of December. They sent me an email on the 18th saying that they had been shipped and would arrive in 5 days. Surprisingly, they actually arrived on the 19th! I was pleased to find that they were exactly as I had hoped - good quality and at a reasonable price. The app they suggested was really useful and kept me informed about the delivery.

    I must say, the last delivery was top-notch, credit where it's due. But, there seems to have been a bit of a mix-up with the address on my last order. Silly me, I put in the wrong address by mistake, it was meant to go to somewhere else. Could you please sort this out and send it to the right address that I've given you? Thank you ever so much.

    Poor quality clothing

    I had a really terrible experience with this company. The clothes I got were so bad that they fell apart after one wash. Their customer service was awful, it was almost impossible to get a refund or swap. Also, the prices were way too high for such cheap stuff. The delivery took forever, and when it finally arrived, the package was all messed up. Overall, it was just a waste of time and money.

    I ordered a bunch of stuff that never got sent out. I tried emailing customer service many times, but got no response at all. I paid for the order and also for delivery, but it never arrived. It's really annoying how they didn't communicate properly and failed to deliver what I paid for. I just want my order to arrive or a refund so I can buy from somewhere more trustworthy.

    I was really happy with the stuff I bought, it was top quality. The website was dead easy to use, made it a piece of cake for me to find my way around and order what I wanted. I was well impressed with all the products they had, and managed to find exactly what I needed. The delivery was quick and breezy, so I had no bother getting hold of my stuff. All in all, I'm chuffed with how it all went and I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

    Cancellation request ignored

    I got in touch with customer service a while ago to cancel an order, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. I also tried to ask for a returns form, but again, no response. It's really frustrating, especially since we're talking about sending things back within 14 days. I've been a regular customer and it's disappointing to see this lack of communication.

    Delayed order, unresponsive customer service

    I ordered two things on the 5th of December but haven't heard anything since receiving the confirmation. I've tried emailing them but got no reply, and every time I call, I just get voicemail.     Puffer jacket purchase

    I bought a puffer jacket from this company recently and honestly, it was such a letdown. I waited weeks for my order to arrive, but heard nothing from them about any delays. Eventually, I got in touch over email and messages but didn't get any response. Then out of the blue, over a month later, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled with no reason why. I was so annoyed that I raised a dispute, but in May I was told that the company was refusing my claim and saying they had actually shipped my order. It's been so frustrating and confusing dealing with them, the whole thing has been my worst online shopping experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Christmas order

    I've ordered a few bits for my lads for Christmas, like some tracksuits that my boy is really into. The quality is top-notch, and they come out of the wash and tumble dryer looking fab. However, I placed my order on the 2nd of December, with the payment coming out on the 4th of December, expecting it to arrive in 2-3 days. Well, it's been more than that now, and I still haven't heard anything about when my order will be sent out. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times via email and social media, but I haven't had any luck getting a response.     Missing items, trouble contacting customer service

    I've just bought something online and turns out some of the things I ordered are missing. I've tried sending emails to customer service a few times but haven't heard back from them at all. I'm really annoyed and now I'm also out of pocket - £90 wasted! Just a heads-up for anyone else, be careful!

    My order still hasn't come, even after I sent an email. They only got back to me once and didn't even give me a tracking number for the replacement order. If my order doesn't arrive by next week, I'm definitely going to report them to the CCPC. The service is just awful!

    Green sweatshirt birthday present

    The green sweatshirt I bought was top quality, I got it for my friend's birthday and they absolutely loved it. The delivery was super quick, it arrived just in time for the party.     I recently bought some things from NICCE Clothing, but only part of my order arrived. I've been trying to contact their customer service several times, but I haven't heard anything back about the missing items. Even the app I used showed that my order was incomplete, but NICCE doesn't seem to want to accept it. It's been a few months now since I placed the order, and I'm really disappointed with how they've not been communicating or sorting this out. I'm thinking of reporting them for fraud because of how they've handled things.

    I bought some clothes from an online store not so long ago, but to my disappointment, I never got my order. I tried contacting the company, but they took ages to reply to my first email - over a week, in fact. The communication was pretty rubbish, and when I asked for a refund rather than another delivery, I faced even more problems with the refund process. They weren't keen on letting me do a chargeback, and their attitude towards fixing the problem was really disappointing. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been annoying and left me feeling dissatisfied.

    Small sizing and slow refund process

    The clothes were much smaller than expected, so I had to send back a couple of pairs of joggers. It's been ages now and I'm still waiting for my refund to come through. Really annoying and not a great experience, to be honest.
