My voucher experience
My voucher didn't cover anything, it was in English only. The customer service at the desk was really rude and seemed unprepared. Also, the car was really dirty.

Peaceful villa stay
The villa was absolutely gorgeous and situated in a peaceful area that was still really handy for checking out Cala Dor and the nearby area. It was kept in great condition and ideal for families, especially those with little ones. The only downside was that a few outside bits needed a bit of a refresh, but our host, Florence, sorted everything out super quickly. We had an amazing two-week holiday and would definitely love to return.
