Booked tickets for siteseeing
I booked some tickets for a sightseeing tour on headout. They took the money straight out of my account, but I didn't get a confirmation or my tickets. I tried to contact customer service, but they weren't very helpful. They mostly just blamed me for the problem. They said they couldn't do anything to fix it, and didn't offer any other options. Not the best customer service to be honest. In the end, I had to book my tickets again on a different site.

Quick international shipping
I just bought something from Cettire and their international shipping was really fast. I was surprised how quickly my stuff got here from Europe. The packaging was secure and the clothes were definitely real, which was a big relief. But I'd suggest being careful if you're ordering from the U.S. and spending over $800 in one go, as you might end up having to pay customs taxes.
