Swing seat purchase
I bought a swing seat on 28 February, but it never turned up. I tried to get a refund multiple times, and it wasn't until 11 May that I finally got my money back via PayPal. If you can't keep up with orders, just cancel them instead of holding onto customers' money when they haven't received their orders for months.

Quick and informative order process
I was really pleased with how professional they were in dealing with my order. They kept me updated every step of the way from when I placed the order. The delivery was on time, just like they said it would be. The delivery went well and the staff at the showroom, especially Mr. Chubarov, were really helpful. I didn't have any problems with the prepayment, which made the whole process easy.
