Staircase Renovation
I recently decided to revamp my staircase and found this company on social media. Even though I was a bit hesitant at first, the whole process went really well. I had a video call to take measurements with a lady called Emily Spooner who knew her stuff and even gave me some handy tips. I got a thorough quote by email, ordered what I needed, and got told the delivery date quickly. The only downside was the delivery charge being a bit steep, but it wasn't too bad for my budget.

Awesome jacket
I bought this cool jacket and was buzzing to receive it. But, sod's law, it seemed to take absolutely ages to arrive. When I finally reached out to them, their response was really slow and not at all helpful. It felt like they just couldn't be bothered.
