Survey points and M&S vouchers
I've been doing these surveys for ages now, and let me tell you, it's not always easy. Sometimes I'll start a survey only to be told I'm not the right fit and I only get a measly 5 points. It can be frustrating, you know? And don't even get me started on how long it takes me to finish a survey compared to what they say. But hey, I still give it 4 stars because I love finally being able to cash in my points for an M&S £25 voucher. I manage to rack up enough points for two vouchers a year, which is pretty good if you ask me. Some of the surveys are actually pretty interesting, but not all of them.
Review about: Create and Craft
Faulty stencil brushes
I bought some stencil brushes and stencils from Create and Craft not long ago. Unfortunately, one of the brushes broke after only using it 4 times and got stuck inside the metal bristle holder. When I contacted customer service to ask for an exchange, they said no because too much time had passed since my order. I was really let down by both the product quality and the customer service experience.
