Split delivery, unexpected
We were really taken aback by the split delivery - ended up with two boxes arriving days apart! Was a bit worried at first, thought some bits were missing until we got another delivery update. Even though one of the boxes was damaged when it arrived, the stuff inside was all fine and well-protected.

Unauthorised listing of private property
I've just found out that my family home was listed on this platform without me knowing or agreeing to it. I was really surprised to see that someone had booked my home for a lot of money without even telling me. This kind of behaviour is totally wrong and might even be against the law. It's shocking to think that a company would put people's personal homes on here without caring about the owners' rights or privacy. My advice is to steer clear of this careless and irresponsible company.
