New clothes
I recently bought some new clothes from this place, but the delivery was a total nightmare. I was hanging around outside, and they claimed to have dropped it off, but I never received anything. Perhaps they ought to consider using a different delivery service.

i cancelled as i had no internet so could not get in touch they offered me another hotel in a different location i didnot want i understand i should have spoken to them first but i panicked as i was feeling sick going away at this time -booked and paid for holiday in january- now no one will answer my emails i will not be booking with them again always used them last few years last year brilliant when thomas cook went refund straight back
avoid this company they are scammers
