Unsuccessful refund request for trainers
The customer bought some trainers, but they didn't fit properly, so they tried to return them for their money back. But the company said no because they claimed the shoes looked like they've been worn. The customer said they only wore them inside briefly to try them on and think the wear might have been there when they got the shoes. They were really annoyed about it all and said they might have to start taking pictures of the shoe soles when they arrive in the future. Later on, there was an update saying the company was sending the trainers back to the customer for free so they could try to sell them and get some of the money back.

Jumpsuit order
I recently bought a jumpsuit from this website, and I'm quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered it six days ago, but I still haven't got an email about when it will be shipped. I messaged them two days ago but haven't heard back. It's really frustrating not knowing what's happening with my order. I think it's important for businesses to keep customers informed so they have a good shopping experience. I hope they work on their communication and service to prevent this happening again in the future.
