Sandal purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from this company at first, since I hadn't heard of them before. But then I saw the same sandal I wanted for £25 less than the well-known brand FitFlop. So, I took a bit of a risk and placed my order. And I've got to say, I'm really happy with my decision. The order came much quicker than a previous one I'd made with FitFlop. Actually, the FitFlop order took longer to arrive, so I sent it back and saved myself £25 by ordering from this company instead. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely think about shopping here again next time.
Sandals purchase, quick exchange, best price
I bought a pair of sandals from this shop and they turned up a bit too small, which was a bummer. But since I needed them for my holiday coming up, I just went ahead and ordered a bigger size. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they arrived - literally the next day! Even though I had to pay for two deliveries in the end, the price was still the cheapest I could find anywhere else. Now I'm just waiting for my refund for the first pair, but all in all, I'm a happy customer and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks for the great service!
Order resolution and excellent customer service
I had a problem with my order on the website recently, so I had to get in touch with the company outside of normal hours. The Managing Director got back to me quickly and sorted everything out personally. Within a day, the issue was all sorted, and I was able to finalise my order with Sonal, a customer service rep, over the phone. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I received - both the Managing Director and Sonal were really polite and professional.
Black Leather Boots
I just had to share how amazing the black leather boots I bought from this store are - honestly stunning! The quality is top-notch and they fit like a glove. But the best part was the customer service. I goofed up and mixed up an order, but Laura from customer service was an absolute lifesaver. She was so patient, understanding, and went out of her way to help me fix my mistake. I can't thank her enough for all her help.
Sandals
I bought a pair of sandals from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The sandals were top-notch and the price was pretty good too. I ordered them in the evening and they arrived the very next day, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I'm really happy with both the service and the product.
Unsuccessful refund request for trainers
The customer bought some trainers, but they didn't fit properly, so they tried to return them for their money back. But the company said no because they claimed the shoes looked like they've been worn. The customer said they only wore them inside briefly to try them on and think the wear might have been there when they got the shoes. They were really annoyed about it all and said they might have to start taking pictures of the shoe soles when they arrive in the future. Later on, there was an update saying the company was sending the trainers back to the customer for free so they could try to sell them and get some of the money back.
Roamers Elsa
Avoid these shoes. They started falling apart after only 5 weeks of normal schoolwear. The soles were coming off the main shoe at the front and the leather is the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Shuperb refused any refund or credit note and said they didn’t think there was a manufacturing problem. They were fit only for the bin and were like they were made of cardboard. Shop around for a better known brand. Poor customer service.
First Shuperb order
The customer service at Shuperb was top-notch, which is hard to come by these days in the UK. I was starting to lose hope in good customer service, but Laura and Sonal from the team really went above and beyond. They were so friendly and professional, and honestly, they restored my faith in people. I will definitely be coming back to Shuperb for my next purchases and will be telling others about the site.

I was really impressed with my experience at this company. After being disappointed by a big name retailer, I thought I'd try Shuperb and I'm really pleased that I did. The boots I ordered were much cheaper than anywhere else, arrived the next day, and were in perfect condition. I wish I had chosen this company first because I can’t find any faults with them at all.

Black leather boots
The service was great, really top-notch! However, I struggled to find a pair of boots that fit well and were comfortable. In the end, I had to return them, which was a bit of a letdown.
New shoe replacement
I've just bought a new pair of shoes to replace my old ones, and to be honest, I'm a bit gutted. The insole keeps slipping out, which makes it really awkward to walk in. And they feel way lighter than my usual favourite pair from a different shop. All in all, I'm really not happy with this purchase.

Defective Boots Purchase
I bought a pair of boots not long ago, but they ended up being faulty, which was a real pain. I got in touch with customer service, got a replacement, but sadly, the second pair had the same problems as the first one. It's got me thinking that there might be a serious issue with either the products themselves or the suppliers they come from.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe how quickly my new shoes arrived, it was so fast! And they were such a great price, like a bargain. Big thanks to the person who assisted me, they were really kind. I'll definitely be shopping here again, it was just fantastic!
Junior Crocs Order
I recently ordered a pair of junior crocs from the company's website. When the shoes arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were faulty. I contacted customer service and sent them photos of the issue. At first, they agreed to accept the return even though I had worn the shoes. But later on, they changed their minds and refused to issue a refund, claiming they couldn't find a manufacturing fault. I think this is a dishonest and unreliable way to treat customers. Now, I have no choice but to try and get a refund through my credit card provider.
Shoes for a friend
So, I got some shoes for a friend who can't stand online shopping. We came across some really affordable shoes on this website that we couldn't find elsewhere. The delivery was super fast and they kept us in the loop. It was a really good experience, I would definitely buy from them again.
Wrong size shoe
