Item with broken zipper
I bought something from this online shop not long ago, and it came with a broken zipper which was a real shame. I've been trying to send it back, but I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team yet. It's really frustrating when you don't get any help or updates when there's a problem with something you've bought.
Mini skirt purchase
I bought a mini skirt yesterday because it was the cheapest and had the best range of sizes I've seen.
Handbag
I recently bought a handbag from an online store and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The bag is just gorgeous and I've been getting loads of compliments whenever I've used it. The way it was wrapped up was lovely, and the handwritten note was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely suggest this store to anyone after top-notch products.
Cancelled order without notification
I'm afraid my experience with this company wasn't great. I placed an order and was really excited to get it, but then found out weeks later that it had been cancelled without me being told. I was really disappointed by the lack of communication and it's made me think quite negatively about the brand.
Order status communication
I recently bought something from Seezona and ran into a big problem with the communication about my order. I never got an email saying it had been shipped out after I placed the order. So, I'm still clueless about where my purchase is and I haven't received it yet. This lack of communication has been really annoying and has made my experience with the brand not very good.
Prom dress
I got this dress for prom and it was really pretty, but the delivery was a bit of a disaster. I sent loads of emails but didn't hear back until I messaged them on Instagram. This lady called Ulrika was amazing, she helped me so much. She sorted everything out and made sure I got my dress in time. She definitely deserves all the praise!
Jumpsuit order
I recently bought a jumpsuit from this website, and I'm quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered it six days ago, but I still haven't got an email about when it will be shipped. I messaged them two days ago but haven't heard back. It's really frustrating not knowing what's happening with my order. I think it's important for businesses to keep customers informed so they have a good shopping experience. I hope they work on their communication and service to prevent this happening again in the future.
Non-existent order
I wouldn't recommend this site at all - it's a complete scam. I made an order and got a tracking number saying my stuff had been sent out and delivered, but when I checked the details, turns out only a label had been made and nothing was actually sent. Definitely dodgy stuff going on here, don't trust it.

Mietis Purse Purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying a Mietis purse from this site because there weren't many reviews, but I decided to take a risk. The purse was cheaper than on the main site, which was a good deal. It arrived in the US fairly quickly, in about a week, thanks to DHL and required a signature. The packaging looked lovely, but there wasn't enough cushioning, I could hear and feel things moving around inside. Luckily, everything was in great condition with no marks. This site is a great place to explore and get ideas from.
Beautiful dress, need to return
So, I bought this really nice dress from this online store, but now I need to send it back because it doesn't fit properly. But, no one has even bothered to respond to my emails about sending a return label. I mean, it's not right to just ignore your customers like that. And why don't they offer exchanges? That's not cool at all. Other companies always include return labels with their deliveries, so why can't they do the same?
Dress for rehearsal dinner

I had a bit of a problem with my order from Seezona not long ago, where they made a mistake. But I've got to say, I was really impressed with how quickly and dedicatedly the customer service team sorted it all out. They put in a lot of effort to fix the error, and I got the right order just a week later. I really appreciated how helpful and professional they were, and it's made me think highly of Seezona's service.
Winter coat, size Small
The winter coat I ordered was actually a lot heavier than I thought it would be, it's more like a proper warm winter coat than a lighter trench coat. But, it fits me like a dream, except for the sleeves which are way too long and definitely need a bit of adjusting. All in all, the coat is really good quality and I'm happy with my purchase. Also, the delivery was quick and on time, which I'm grateful for.
I changed my wardrobe with Seezona
My best friend always complained I had a bad taste in clothes. She says most of my clothes were of poor quality and poor design. She gave me some of her clothes to wear anytime we were going for an outing. I could not continue like that. I inquire where she purchases her clothes. She introduced me to Seezona. I checked through their catalog and ordered varieties of clothes from the store. I wanted to change my wardrobe. I got my orders so quickly and I love them. The qualities were different from those I do by down the street. Beautiful design and colors. My best friend gives me a beautiful complement anytime we go for an hang out.
