Cool airplane model
This website was amazing! I easily found the model I wanted, it was like finding a hidden treasure without all the hard searching. It would be even better if they had an app, then I could shop for planes whenever I want, even when I'm meant to be doing homework. The website was really simple to use, even for someone like me. The best part was getting my model delivered so fast! Now I can proudly show off my cool plane to all my friends. Thank you, Aircraft Model Store!

I rang up about my bill, hoping to get it sorted out quickly, but ended up being left on hold for what seemed like ages. Finally, when I managed to speak to someone, my problem wasn't resolved, and they had the nerve to close my complaint without sorting things out. I had to ring back and chat with Kurt, who actually knew what he was doing and corrected the error on my bill. It was really annoying and could have been prevented if they had competent staff right from the start.
