Delayed car pickup
My experience with this car rental company was really disappointing. I had to wait a long time for them to bring me the car, which ended up making them think that I wasn't going to show up at all. When I tried to sort things out with customer service, they were not helpful at all and couldn't solve the problem. So, all in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Efficient collection service
I was really happy with the collection team - they were efficient and professional. They turned up on time and were really friendly the whole time. The payment was quick and easy, just like we agreed. It was a bit sad saying goodbye to my bike, but the team made it all go smoothly. I'm totally pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I've just got back from an amazing holiday with work. Everything went so well, from when we first booked to getting back home. The place we stayed was just what we needed and the staff were really great the whole time we were there. I'd definitely tell other people to go there.
