    Resolution of missing parcel

    I had a real problem with a missing parcel recently and it really stressed me out. The customer service I got first wasn't great, which made me even more worried. But when I got in touch with ASOS customer service, I spoke to Adam. He really listened to my concerns and quickly sorted out the problem. His professionalism and dedication were top-notch, and I'm really thankful for his help in fixing the issue so quickly. Big thanks to ASOS for having great people like Adam on their team.

    Downloaded driver software

    I downloaded this driver software because I wanted to update the drivers on my notebook. But turns out, I couldn't actually get the drivers without purchasing the premium version. On top of that, the program caused issues with my Windows updates and took ages to produce a report that was completely confusing.

    Fit to Fly certificates assistance

    We had a really great experience recently when we came across some unexpected issues with getting our Fit to Fly certificates sorted. The people we spoke to on the phone were so helpful and really cared about our situation. They did everything they could to sort things out for us quickly and smoothly. Thanks to them, our kids made it onto their flight without any problems. We're really thankful for the fantastic customer service they provided.

    Purchased a top online

    The customer service at this shop was terrible. I bought a top online and saw that the label showed a lower price than what I paid. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about this, they were really unhelpful and cold. They pretty much blamed me for paying that amount and said there was nothing they could do. Treating a paying customer like that is just not on.
