This online legal document service is a complete nightmare. They took a lot of money from me without asking and then conveniently ended our chat when I wanted to talk about it. It's obvious that they do shady things regularly, with all the other bad reviews online as proof. I recommend avoiding this service unless you want to get ripped off.

Lingerie set
I bought a lingerie set from this company not too long ago and boy, did I run into some trouble trying to return it! I couldn't generate a return on their website, so I got in touch with their customer service team for help. I ended up speaking to a guy called Kevin, who was just so rude and unhelpful. He basically ended the chat without offering me any help or advice, which really got me frustrated and upset.
Then another customer service rep told me that the return button was missing on the website, so they couldn't generate my return. And when I finally managed to log into my account, I couldn't find any orders in my history, even though I literally received the order that day. Talk about lack of organisation and communication on their part - it's just not on!
Now I have to go all the way to the shop in person to return the item, which is going to be such a hassle and cost me time and money. Overall, my experience with this company has been a huge letdown, so I'd recommend others to avoid it and shop elsewhere.
