    Ended up returning four items; it felt messy at first because only one return was logged. Felt a bit sceptical, had doubts about ordering again. I'd had worse experiences with other brands where returns just vanished. In the end Intimissimi sorted it out. The bra is soft and the trousers are nicely cut, comfy and decent fabric. Took a while but all resolved, so I'm cautiously pleased.

    Worth the wait, mostly

    I was a bit annoyed when the parcel didn't arrive on the day and the postie never rang, I hung about all morning. But once it turned up the pieces feel really nice on. Soft fabric, good stretch and it sits right. I've had worse service elsewhere, so this surprised me. Customer line was hard to reach though, but the item itself is pleasant to wear and comfy.

    annoyed, because the discount and free shipping made it worth the hassle. Contacted customer service; I was sceptical at first, had to chase them a bit, replies were polite but vague.     Last-minute Christmas scramble

    Mid-December scramble — I popped into their London shop to grab a Christmas present because I’d left it far too late. At the till they wouldn’t take my Scottish banknotes, which was a faff and a bit daft given we’re in the UK, so that annoyed me. The surprise was how lovely and apologetic the staff were though, they tried to help me pay by card and even offered to hold the item while I sorted cash. I still emailed head office about the policy but honestly the shop team made the difference, saved my present in the end.

    they sent a free delivery code as an apology, which didn’t actually help since the second item was still on sale and I wanted to pay the sale price, not full price. I asked if they could match the sale price or at least sort a better gesture; the reply, from someone called Fiona, was pretty curt — “promotion over” and nothing else. Felt like they closed the conversation rather than trying to fix it. Small win: refund was handled quickly, so that’s something.     Late dispatch, decent end — but could be better

    same‑day shipping if you order in the morning, 48 hours with express. Lovely. That’s what sold it to me. So when by the 4th it still said “processing”, I wasn’t thrilled. I messaged customer support and got a reply from Sara saying there was a system issue and it could take 2–3 working days just to dispatch. She was polite enough, but that “we’ll sort it in a few working days” on a Friday was a proper awkward moment — weekend doesn’t count, obviously.
    I kept nudging via Instagram DM and got the same line, nothing more useful. The money had been taken straight away, which made the silence feel worse. I’ll admit I panicked — small things like this matter when you’re trying to plan a surprise. Anyway, in the end the parcel did arrive, a little later than promised but not a total disaster; the gift still did the job and my partner loved it, so I’m relieved. That said, I’m not going to pretend the process was smooth. The communication was minimal, the automated promises on the site felt misleading, and the “system issue” excuse without a real workaround was frustrating.

    I was a bit annoyed at first because I couldn't get hold of anyone to find out where my delivery was. The phone numbers on the website weren't working either. But, after 22 days, my order finally arrived and it was all good.     Pyjama with Fuzz

    I was really let down by the pyjama I bought from this shop. When it came, it was all fuzzy and definitely not in a new state. I sent it back straight away, but was shocked to find out I had to pay for the return postage. It's not right for a shop to send out dirty stuff and then make the customer pay extra. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    The silk shorts and cami from this store are absolutely amazing to wear. The material is so silky, comfy, and just feels luxurious - it makes me feel like a million dollars every time I put them on. The bright blue and black colours are absolutely gorgeous and they really add a touch of class to my loungewear.     I've bought stuff from this online shop two times now, using my mum's credit card to pay. At first, everything seemed alright - got an order number and all. But you know what?     Silk pyjamas ripped after one use

    I recently bought a pair of silk pyjamas from this company and I was really disappointed with the quality. I wore them once and the fabric ripped all along the upper leg, which meant I couldn’t wear them again. When I tried to return the item, I had a lot of trouble. The website didn’t have an option to get a return label because of "technical issues". Even though I got an email telling me to try again later, it seems like this problem has been happening for a while based on other customer reviews. The poor customer service with returns just added to my disappointment and frustration with the whole situation. It’s safe to say, I won’t be buying anything from this company or its other brands in the future.

    Pretty underwear

    I was really looking forward to purchasing some adorable underwear from this place, but it turned out to be such a let down. The photos online made the items appear so lovely, but when the product arrived, it wasn't as great as I had hoped. It didn't look as good or feel as nice as I had anticipated, and to top it off, it didn't fit me properly! When I attempted to return it, it was a complete nightmare. They took absolutely ages to refund my money, and I had to constantly bug them about it. I'm so grateful I used PayPal. If I had read all the negative reviews beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have made a purchase. Never again!

    I've had a total nightmare trying to order from this company online. I sent an item back, but my account still shows no record of the return and there's no sign of a return label anywhere.
