Silk lingerie set purchased
I was a bit annoyed at first because I couldn't get hold of anyone to find out where my delivery was. The phone numbers on the website weren't working either. But, after 22 days, my order finally arrived and it was all good. In the future, it would be great if the company could keep in touch with customers better and make sure the contact details are correct.
Pyjama with Fuzz
I was really let down by the pyjama I bought from this shop. When it came, it was all fuzzy and definitely not in a new state. I sent it back straight away, but was shocked to find out I had to pay for the return postage. It's not right for a shop to send out dirty stuff and then make the customer pay extra. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Silk shorts and cami in bright blue and black
The silk shorts and cami from this store are absolutely amazing to wear. The material is so silky, comfy, and just feels luxurious - it makes me feel like a million dollars every time I put them on. The bright blue and black colours are absolutely gorgeous and they really add a touch of class to my loungewear. Whether I'm chilling at home on the weekend or out and about during the day, these silk pieces always make me feel fantastic. I'm definitely thinking of getting more so I can wear them all week long. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these silk shorts and cami to anyone looking for some luxurious loungewear.
Two orders, paid with credit card, no confirmation email or delivery
I've bought stuff from this online shop two times now, using my mum's credit card to pay. At first, everything seemed alright - got an order number and all. But you know what? No confirmation email, and the order never arrived. When I tried contacting customer service, they pretty much just said they couldn't do anything to assist. Can you believe that?
Online coupon experience
I need to mention something about my last review. The customer service team didn't get back to me, and the company they mentioned in their response never contacted me like they said they would. So now, my coupon has expired and I've missed out.
Silk pyjamas ripped after one use
I recently bought a pair of silk pyjamas from this company and I was really disappointed with the quality. I wore them once and the fabric ripped all along the upper leg, which meant I couldn’t wear them again. When I tried to return the item, I had a lot of trouble. The website didn’t have an option to get a return label because of "technical issues". Even though I got an email telling me to try again later, it seems like this problem has been happening for a while based on other customer reviews. The poor customer service with returns just added to my disappointment and frustration with the whole situation. It’s safe to say, I won’t be buying anything from this company or its other brands in the future.
Pretty underwear
I was really looking forward to purchasing some adorable underwear from this place, but it turned out to be such a let down. The photos online made the items appear so lovely, but when the product arrived, it wasn't as great as I had hoped. It didn't look as good or feel as nice as I had anticipated, and to top it off, it didn't fit me properly! When I attempted to return it, it was a complete nightmare. They took absolutely ages to refund my money, and I had to constantly bug them about it. I'm so grateful I used PayPal. If I had read all the negative reviews beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have made a purchase. Never again!
Online purchase nightmare
I've had a total nightmare trying to order from this company online. I sent an item back, but my account still shows no record of the return and there's no sign of a return label anywhere. Right now, I'm just waiting around for customer service to get back to me so we can sort this mess out quick. Honestly, the way they handle returns is a complete shambles.
Lingerie set
I recently tried to buy something from the website, but I ran into a frustrating problem. I tried different payment methods and cards, but the website kept showing me an error message about changes going on, which stopped me from finishing my order. The website not working properly made the whole shopping experience really disappointing. And to top it off, the customer service I got wasn't great - they weren't helpful and were quite dismissive. I went lingerie shopping with my daughters at a store recently. We were lucky to meet a really great sales assistant who was so professional, friendly, and helpful. She found the perfect lingerie for each of us, taking into account our different tastes and requirements. I want to say a big thank you to her for her amazing service. She really went out of her way to make our shopping trip enjoyable and successful. Great job.
Express delivery misunderstanding
I recently bought something from this company's website and chose express delivery, thinking my package would arrive in 2 days. However, after talking to their chat bot, I found out that the 2-day countdown starts from when the item is shipped, not from when I placed my order. It would have been nice if this was made clear on the website. It feels like customers aren't given all the details about delivery times. The chat bot said it takes 3-5 days from ordering to shipping, and even longer when it's busy. I wish they told me this when I was making the purchase, so I knew that express UK delivery actually takes at least 5 days, and maybe more than 7 during busy times.
Lingeries set
As a customer, I have to say that the communication from the store was really bad. The customer service was a joke. I had to bring back something and got a gift card in-store. But when I tried to scratch off the field on the gift card, the material started peeling off without showing the code underneath. The store said they are not responsible for that kind of damage. So now I've basically lost €60. It's just not on.
Purchased a gift card worth £100
I bought a £100 gift card not long ago, but when I tried to use it, the system didn't work. I've been getting the same boring responses from the call centre for more than a week now, and they don't even address my problem properly. The customer service is just awful, I must say. I thought a company like this would have better standards.

I had a really bad time at that store. The people working there were so rude and didn't help at all. Even though there were supposed to be some discounts, they didn't give them to me when I bought something. Then, when I asked for a refund, they didn't do it right. It feels like you can't sort out any problems with them unless you get the law involved.
4 items on sale
I bought 4 things on sale from this shop, but only got 1 of them quickly. I emailed customer service after 2 weeks to ask about the rest. They told me they didn't have enough stock, so they sent some of the items. It wasn't an issue, but then after 4 weeks, they said they weren't going to send the rest at all. But I can still see them on the website! I don't understand. I only found out because I asked, otherwise I would have been waiting forever...
Underwear set
I recently bought a set of underwear from this company. Unfortunately, they didn't fit properly so I returned them for a refund. It's been a month since I sent back the £140 worth of items and despite contacting them three times, I still haven't got my money back. Every time I chase them up, they just say my case is under review and that someone will get in touch, but no one does. The customer service is awful, rude, and unhelpful. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The negative reviews about this company are definitely true, and I wish I'd read them before buying from them. All in all, a shocking level of service.
Online purchase error
I had a nightmare trying to buy something on the website. There was a payment error that made me think my transaction didn't work, but my bank confirmed they took my money. The bank said to wait 5-10 days for a refund. I messaged Intimissimi three times on their site but got no reply. Also, for my order, I had to sign up online but forgot my password with no reset email. The website clearly needs fixing, which is a shame as I've had good experiences in their stores before.

I recently bought something online from this company when they had a discount offer on. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my order not going through. Even though they said I would get the discount, it turned out that there were technical glitches and they couldn't process my order. It was really annoying as a customer, and I think that if they can't handle orders properly during sales, maybe they should stop online sales for a while. They did give me a refund eventually, but it took ages and it was just a hassle. Companies need to make sure that buying things online is easy and quick for their customers, especially when there are special offers on.
Pick-up order from Hungarian store
I recently bought something from a shop in Hungary and chose to pick it up in-store. The customer service I received was really bad. I made my order on the 11th of November and I've been trying to get in touch with them ever since to sort out a problem with my order. However, they've just been ignoring my emails and sending me the same generic replies every day. I've asked for a refund several times, but they're refusing to give me one. It's so disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that's supposed to be well-known. I'm definitely going to report this issue, and I really wish I'd checked the reviews before making my purchase.
