Late delivery, communication issues
I got my order later than I thought, the delivery guy turned up at 6.18pm just as I was leaving for work. I couldn't get in touch with them because they only seem to do emails. When I got back home the next day, the package was missing, which really bummed me out and made me feel like I'd wasted my time. So, I'm asking for a refund now because I never actually got that bike I paid for.

Skirts and blouses instead of trousers, wrong sizes
I was really let down by my recent interaction with this company. I actually ordered some trousers, but got sent skirts and blouses in the wrong sizes. The whole process of trying to sort out the mix-up and get the right stuff was an absolute nightmare. Dealing with their customer service team was so annoying because they just didn't seem to care at all about what had happened. It was such a waste of my time and energy.
