So, I bought some clothes recently and got a bit annoyed because the company charged for postage separately from the total cost. I mean, why would they do that? The invoice they emailed to me even showed the total cost of the clothes and then separately listed the postage. It just makes things confusing for customers, not to mention the hassle of checking my bank account only to see that the payment had been processed twice, with the same amount showing up in pending transactions. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get my bank to release the duplicate charge. It's just not fair, honestly.

Incorrect Colour Top
I recently bought a top from this store, and honestly, I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. They sent me the wrong colour top in my order, and when I tried to contact them for help, they didn't even reply to my emails. I ended up stuck with a top I didn't even want and no support from the store to get it sorted. Having to pay to send back an item that was their mistake in the first place is infuriating. No wonder they still have sizes available when other stores don't - their customer service is just awful. I definitely won't be shopping there again. Lesson learned.
