Sweater
I am really unhappy with my experience at this shop. It's been over 8 months since I ordered, and I haven't heard anything about my package. To top it off, I got a package a few months back, but it had the wrong item inside and had the same tracking details as my sweater. Clearly, there's been a mix-up somewhere, and it's frustrating dealing with this level of incompetence. I actually bought the sweater from a different shop, but somehow got redirected here when I looked for the tracking info. It's all very confusing and misleading. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with my experience and would not recommend shopping here.
Cool shoes
I recently bought these amazing shoes from a store, but it honestly took absolutely ages for them to get delivered. I mean, seriously, it shouldn't take that long for a pair of shoes to arrive, should it?
Christmas items purchased
I bought some Christmas stuff on sale between 28th December and 1st January. I chose next day delivery but my order didn't arrive after a few days. When I got in touch via email, they told me the items were out of stock and gave me a refund. I was annoyed that I had to ask them to find out my stuff wasn't available instead of them telling me first. It left me feeling disappointed with their customer service this time.
Clothing items
My time at Choice Store was a bit rubbish, to be honest. I bought some clothes online, but the sizes were all wrong. When I tried to send them back, the customer service was a total disaster. The whole returns thing was a joke, and it left me feeling really annoyed and let down. Two expensive gilets
I bought two quite expensive gilets from the store recently, but sadly, I had to send them back because they didn't fit well. They confirmed getting my returned items, but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't got my refund. I've tried reaching out to them through email and social media, but they've been ignoring me. It's really annoying because they were quick to take my money when I bought them. I'm thinking about contacting my credit card company to report this, as it seems like they're trying to take my money unfairly. It's a shame because they have nice things, but their customer service and return process are seriously lacking.
Birthday gift order delay
I got a birthday present from this shop last week, and I'm really disappointed with the service I've got. The gift was supposed to be here in time for the birthday bash tomorrow, but it still hasn't turned up. I've tried calling and emailing, but I've had no luck - no reply, no answers, just nothing. The DPD tracking info says they have the details but not the package, so it looks like the shop didn't send it out on time. And on top of all that, I paid £6.99 for delivery which seems like a waste now, given the lack of communication and delay. I'm so frustrated by this whole thing, I'm thinking about asking for a refund on the delivery fee because the service has been so below par.
Trainers purchase
I bought a pair of trainers from this shop, but then found out my wife had already got me the same ones. I was worried about the bad reviews for returns, but followed the instructions on the website and used the Parcel Drop off service. I was really pleased with how easy the return was. I got an email saying they got my parcel and another one confirming my refund. I have to say, I'm really impressed with how smoothly the store handles returns.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my positive experience with Choice Store. Their service was top-notch, always quick to respond to emails, and both of my orders came in full without anything missing. Even though I bought items on sale, I still saved a lot without sacrificing quality. This was my second time shopping at Choice Store, and it was another hassle-free experience. Big thanks to Choice Store for the amazing service!
Gift voucher for store only
I was really excited to use my gift voucher from this shop, but it turns out I can only use it in-store! What a disappointment! The stuff in the store near me was so limited and not really my taste. And seriously, who even goes shopping in-store these days? Everything is all about online shopping, obviously!
Incorrect Colour Top
I recently bought a top from this store, and honestly, I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. They sent me the wrong colour top in my order, and when I tried to contact them for help, they didn't even reply to my emails. I ended up stuck with a top I didn't even want and no support from the store to get it sorted. Having to pay to send back an item that was their mistake in the first place is infuriating. No wonder they still have sizes available when other stores don't - their customer service is just awful. I definitely won't be shopping there again. Lesson learned.
Wrong sizing, poor customer service
I'm pretty upset with the poor customer service and their refusal to accept my return. The item I bought didn't fit me, and I couldn't find any information about returns. When I reached out to customer service via email, they were not willing to make any exceptions to their 14-day return policy, which I didn't even know about. I'm really disappointed and surprised by their lack of help and understanding. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Unwanted order return
This shop is a bit of a nightmare, honestly. I bought something online and when I tried to send it back because it wasn't what I expected, it was a total mission impossible. Mallet trainers
I bought a new pair of trainers from this shop recently and was happy to see that they were cheaper compared to other stores. But when my order arrived, I saw that the box with the trainers was really damaged. Luckily, the customer service team quickly sorted out the issue by sending me a new pair within a few days. Although there were some delays in their responses, I understood that it was a busy time due to the holidays. In the end, I was really impressed with the great customer service and clear communication from the team.

I was a bit worried when I saw some negative reviews, but I really liked the dress so I decided to order it anyway. You know what? It arrived really quickly and was in perfect condition! I'm over the moon and would definitely buy from here again!

Damaged package and refusal of refund
I ordered a package from the store recently, but sadly, it got damaged and thrown away by UPS while in transit. When I spoke to the store about getting a refund, they said no, even though it wasn't my fault. I'm really upset with their poor customer service and I'm going to take this further by reaching out to PayPal and getting in touch with the BBB.
Sweatshirt and jeans
I ordered a sweatshirt and jeans back on February 5th and waited a whole week without hearing a peep! No email, no updates, nothing at all! I attempted to reach out to them through their website, but it seems like they were giving me the cold shoulder. Eventually, I had to resort to opening a claim with Paypal just to get my money back. Their service was absolutely awful, so you can bet I won't be ordering from them again!
Vivienne Westwood earrings
I bought some Vivienne Westwood earrings from this store not long ago. I had seen some reviews online that worried me about how long delivery might take, and sadly, my own experience matched those worries. After a week passed with no shipping updates, I was starting to think I'd been ripped off. Luckily, my order did eventually turn up, but it was more than a week late.
