Colour selection assistance
Recently, I bought some hair extensions but I ended up getting the wrong colour. I was really worried about it, but when I got in touch with customer service, I was helped by a lovely lady named Mila. She was so kind and really knew her stuff when it came to picking the right colour. I was so impressed with her knowledge and how helpful she was. She even offered to send me some samples to make sure I got it right. I have to say, what could have been a nightmare turned out to be a great experience, all thanks to Mila's professionalism and support. Now I can't wait to get my hands on my new hair extensions!

Furniture removal service
I recently used a furniture removal service and was really impressed with the level of service provided by the company. AnyVan kept me in the loop throughout the day on when the van would arrive, and the driver was so helpful when moving my furniture, taking great care. He was a real asset to his company.
