Airport transfer with helpful driver
The driver was really helpful from the beginning to the end. He met us at the airport and made sure to assist us with our luggage, which was really thoughtful. He even helped us locate our accommodation when we were having trouble. In general, I had a fantastic experience with the service he gave us.

Zilwa Attitude Hotel stay
I stayed at a hotel in Mauritius recently that was supposed to be great for families, but our room situation was really disappointing. Even though we booked a superior room as a honeymooning couple, we ended up being sandwiched between two rooms with loud toddlers for quite a while. The hotel offered to move us to a different room, but that would have meant giving up our lovely beachfront location. It's a shame, but this experience has put us off coming back to this hotel.
