Recent order not received
I ordered some items a few weeks ago but still haven't received them. I contacted customer service, but they haven't been very helpful. They only offered to refund half of what I paid, which is really not good enough. It's annoying to have to deal with this lack of communication and responsibility.

Screw replacement
What a nightmare! I bought a basic screw replacement online, but it turned out to be a total disaster. The customer service was terrible, the packaging was all battered, and the product was faulty. It looked like it had been sent back many times in the past. I went to some local DIY shops, but they couldn't even work out if the screw was imperial or standard. I asked my friends, family, and neighbours to help assemble it, but nobody had any success. Eventually, a DIY-savvy friend came to the rescue and managed to put the chair together. However, I have a feeling it won't be long before it falls apart again.
