Oversized Parka
Perhaps the folks at OG Paris need to make sure they fill out the right customs forms before they ship out orders. My order got sent back to them by DHL because OG included incorrect customs docs, which caused a delay in getting my item. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but all I've gotten are unresponsive emails and phone calls that I have to keep chasing up on. Despite being told I would finally get my order, I'm still stuck without a solution and no refund or product. It's really frustrating to see such a lack of customer service and inability to handle basic issues.

Outdoor Furniture Set
The service I got at this store was absolutely fantastic. I bought an outdoor furniture set and, unlucky for me, one of the parts was damaged. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly sorted out a replacement to be sent to me. Dealing with them was easy and things were sorted out efficiently, so big thumbs up to them for dealing with the problem so well. The replacement came pretty quickly and I could finally start enjoying my new furniture set without any more wait. All in all, I was really impressed with the service and how smoothly they handled the issue.
