Refund issue
Oh my god, I had the worst experience with their customer service. I bought some clothes that didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. However, my account got deleted when they updated their website. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and social media, but they never replied. After weeks of waiting, they confirmed my refund but I still haven't got my money back! It's really annoying and I won't be shopping there again.
Oversized Parka
Perhaps the folks at OG Paris need to make sure they fill out the right customs forms before they ship out orders. My order got sent back to them by DHL because OG included incorrect customs docs, which caused a delay in getting my item. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but all I've gotten are unresponsive emails and phone calls that I have to keep chasing up on. Despite being told I would finally get my order, I'm still stuck without a solution and no refund or product. It's really frustrating to see such a lack of customer service and inability to handle basic issues.
Poor quality garments
I've bought a few shirts from this place and they're all starting to fall apart. It looks like the person who made them didn't think about how well the material would last. I've only worn the shirts a few times and they're already showing wear and tear.
Troublesome customer service experience
I've been a loyal customer for many years, but this time I was really disappointed and had to leave a negative review. I returned my items in perfect condition after just trying them on briefly, but I only got a partial refund and with no explanation at all. The customer service was really bad, they ignored my emails and phone calls, and my PayPal dispute was left hanging. It looks like I might have to send a formal letter just to get a response. It's really disheartening to see the lack of care and professionalism when it comes to handling customer issues, especially after reading the negative reviews from former employees on Glassdoor. If my concerns aren't addressed properly, I won't be buying from your company again and I won't think twice about taking legal action if needed, because it's something I'm quite familiar with.

Yeah, so I ordered 8 things from this website, and then I got an email saying they're refunding 5 items because they're out of stock. But seriously, why were they still up on the website in the first place? And why did it take them so long to realise? It's so annoying!
Clothes
If I could give zero stars then I would. ORDER ...FA48380 for over £900. Truly terrible customer service. Order was returned by DHL because OG did not include correct paperwork to clear customs. DHL told me this - zero follow up from OG. Emailed multiple times and no response, only answered phone very occasionally. Spoke to customer services operative finally who assured me I would receive package that Monday and they they would send that day (Friday). Absolute lie! Still chasing nearly a week later and the response is ‘give us 48 hours’! Surely any self respecting company would simply ship another order not have the customer wait whilst they sort out their own self created mess. They still have my money and I have no clothes. Never again!
