Lancaster bedroom set
I bought the Lancaster bedroom set recently and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with it. The quality just doesn't match the price I paid. The furniture feels wobbly and gets marked way too easily - you can even leave a mark with just your fingernail. The biggest let-down is the wardrobe, the doors don't even close properly and the whole thing moves around whenever you touch it or open and close the doors. I'm stuck with this furniture set that I really don't like in my house and when I tried to return it, the customer service was no help at all.

I recently placed an order on Fashionette but ran into some problems with receiving a confirmation email and trying to get hold of customer service. I tried to get in touch with them through email, messenger, and phone calls multiple times, but didn't hear back from them at all. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and unsure about what was going on with my order. After several failed attempts, I eventually managed to get through to them on the phone and spoke to a friendly lady who sorted everything out for me. However, I think there might be a mistake with their working hours on the website, as I had trouble reaching them during the hours they're meant to be open.
