Car breakdown help
When my mum's car broke down, I was really scared until the RAC call centre sent someone to help us out. The bloke, Sam, was a real car whizz! He couldn't sort it there, so had to tow it to a garage. I was getting a bit jittery about what would happen next, but Sam explained everything really well. He even got us an Uber to get home. It was like being in an action film, but with a happy ending!

Pink two-piece and black top purchase
I recently had an experience with this company and it wasn't the best. I ordered a pink two-piece set and a black top, which sounded cute. However, when they arrived, the pink set had the waistband detached from the stitching on the inside. I contacted customer service through email to explain, but they kept asking for photos of the damage, even though I couldn't show it in a picture.
