- Small worries, big relief- the fabric felt surprisingly soft, not plasticky, and the foam had that nice little give that makes you think “oh, this might actually help”. I stuck one behind my lower back on the sofa and, honestly, within an hour my usual niggle had eased enough that I could actually sit through a film without fidgeting every five minutes. The covers are removable and a bit creased from packing but that’s nothing a wash won’t fix, and they smell faintly of factory, which faded after a day in the airing cupboard. The sizing was true to the description, which I appreciated — not too bulky, not too flat, just right for slouching and for proper sitting upright at the desk. 
 I was a bit sceptical at first because the website’s returns process looked clunky and I’d had a messy refund with another retailer recently. There was a small hiccup: one cushion arrived with a seam a tad loose, so I contacted customer service. They weren’t instant, took a couple of emails, but in the end they offered a replacement and a refund option. It felt like a minor faff, but they sorted it — polite, not pushy. So the initial doubt turned into genuine relief. For anyone with back troubles or just wanting a nicer sit, these do the job: supportive, comfy and breathable. Would I buy again? Yes, now that I’ve seen how they feel in daily use and how the company handled the one little problem. Slightly rough start, nicer finish — and my back is thanking me.
- Not what I expected, but one pair surprised me- pleased with one, annoyed with the other. I contacted customer service the same day. They sent an automated reply with a link to print a return label. That link promptly failed. Kept showing an error. I’m not made of time. I tried to be reasonable — I was willing to pay postage to sort it, even though it felt like their mistake. Then they suggested they would send an invoice for £29.20 via PayPal for return shipping and only after I paid would they send a label. That felt off. More than I paid for the shoes, and paying in advance to people I couldn't get a proper response from? No thanks. I told them so. They then asked for the exact item number to arrange the label. I sent it. Over 24 hours later, nothing. No follow-up, no confirmation. Also, I tried to create an account to track things and the password reset link kept saying it was expired. Small things, but they add up. I do want to be fair: the good pair is really decent. If both had been like that, I’d be recommending them with a smile. But the patchy quality and the clunky, almost flaky returns process ruined it for me. A shame, because there was promise. For now, I won’t risk ordering again unless they sort their website and actually respond properly. 
- Lace that looked lovely, felt rubbish up close- they quoted a three-month “policy” and basically acted like my statutory rights didn’t exist. That policy is nowhere obvious on their site and, even if they offer three months, that doesn’t override consumer law. It felt like they were hoping I’d give up after a few emails, which I nearly did because it’s exhausting to chase. 
 Using the dress would have been awkward — you can feel the pull when you move, the lining tugging at the main layer so it puckers. That’s the part that annoys me most: the product itself could be fine if they had proper quality checks, but this slipped through and now it’s a waste unless they sort it properly. The back-and-forth with customer service was the worst bit, not the dress itself. If they’d been straightforward and offered a repair or a refund, I’d be less annoyed. Instead, it felt like they were trying to dodge responsibility.
 I’m all for small mistakes, but not when a company ignores standard consumer protections and makes you fight for what’s yours. I’ve since found similar items elsewhere — smaller sellers who seem to care more. Bit of a shame, really; could’ve been okay if handled properly.
- Quick response and great service- Isn't it just the worst when you make a mistake with your address and end up delaying your order? I really can't stand it! Luckily, the customer service team here was really efficient and sorted it out in no time. Plus, the clothes are top-notch quality! 
- Mystery- I would strongly advise against going to this place! I bought something, but I never got an order confirmation or any details about delivery. They took my money, but my order never arrived. It was a nightmare trying to reach customer support because the link on the website wasn't working. I've never felt so cheated before. Don't trust any good reviews, they could be fake. Just look at the lack of updates and responses on social media - it's a clear sign that this business is shady. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place completely. 
- Technical difficulties with payment- I recently bought something from the website and had a bit of trouble with paying. I picked out what I wanted, went to checkout, but the order got stuck and the payment didn't work like it should. I had to refresh the page and have another go to make it work. It was really annoying and took longer than it should have. I reckon it would be good if the website sorts out these issues so folks can have an easier time shopping in the future. 
- Online shoe purchase- I bought some shoes online recently, but the whole experience was a bit of a nightmare. When I tried to pay for my order, the website messed up and charged me twice, but I never got a confirmation email. When I tried to sort it out with customer service, they were useless and didn't even bother to get back to me. It's really disappointing to see a company with a good reputation have such rubbish customer service. 
- Clover bracelets- I bought two clover bracelets, they were really nice! Unfortunately, one of them broke, so I got in touch with customer service. They were so lovely and sent me a replacement straight away. Now I've got two lovely bracelets that I absolutely adore! I will definitely be purchasing more things from them. 
- Return query- I am so impressed with the customer service here. I had a question about a return and I received a lovely response from the team within an hour of emailing them. Thank you for being so quick and helpful, you definitely made my day! 
- Clothing and sunglasses purchase- I'm really disappointed with this company. Their customer service was shockingly bad. I ordered 2 t-shirts, 1 pair of joggers, and 1 pair of sunglasses, but when I returned everything, I only got a refund for 2 items. I contacted them to ask about the missing refund and they said one of the t-shirts couldn't be refunded because of a supposed "body smell," which they tried to prove with a photo. It just doesn't make sense to me - I tried everything on, so why would only one t-shirt have a smell? 
- gift order address change- I wanted to send a gift from Ego to someone special, but I made a mistake with the address and put the wrong one in. I immediately sent an email to see if I could correct it and Angelique was amazing! She replied very quickly and fixed the address so the gift could be sent to the correct place. I am really pleased with their customer service, they truly saved the day! 
- Query resolution- I had a problem with my order so I contacted customer service. Angelique got back to me quickly and was really helpful in sorting it out. Her quick and efficient communication made everything easy and stress-free. I'm really pleased with the service I received from Angelique and the customer service overall at this company. 
- Pre-order with exceptional customer service- I recently placed a pre-order with this company and I have to say, the customer service I got was absolutely outstanding. Angelique and the rest of the team really went the extra mile to help me sort out my pre-order and make sure it was shipped out quickly. The products I received were fantastic quality and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The whole process was really easy and stress-free, all thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who made sure everything went smoothly. 
- Recent order experience- I had a problem with my order recently - I got a faulty item and part of it was missing. It was a bit tricky to sort out at first, until I contacted customer service. I was really happy when Angelique got back to me quickly and sorted everything out efficiently. She dealt with my issues professionally and gave me the solutions I needed. I'm really grateful for her help and think she's the top member of the customer service team. Thanks a lot for your help, Angelique. 
- Item not delivered- I bought something online and was meant to get it delivered by a carrier. But now the carrier is saying they delivered it, even showing a photo that wasn't of my house. I've got security cameras at the front and back of my place, so I know they never came. When I called them to explain, the photo suddenly disappeared. I'm really let down and fed up with this whole situation. 
- Messed up my order- I ordered something and accidentally made a mistake, but Lucy was amazing and sorted it out really quickly, like lightning speed! She was so friendly and helpful, I would definitely have a chat with her again, top marks. 
- Shorts and t-shirt- I bought some really cool shorts and a funky t-shirt from a website, but when they finally came, they looked nothing like what was shown online! And on top of that, the sizes were way off - it was so annoying! I ended up spending a whole week going back and forth with customer service just to organise a return. And would you believe it? I had to fork out my own money to send back the wrong items. I'm not happy about it at all! 
- Quick delivery needed- I was really in a pickle when I urgently needed a product and ran into a processing problem with my order. Luckily, Luna from customer service was an absolute star and sorted out the issue straight away. She went the extra mile to make sure my order was processed within 24 hours and even threw in next day delivery as an apology. I was seriously impressed with the top-notch service I got and felt like a valued customer. Luna definitely deserves a 10/10! 
- Jewelry purchase- The products are really good, but I have to say I was disappointed with the customer service. They said they would get back to me in 2 days, but it actually took 6 days to hear from them. And even then, they didn't answer my question about whether the jewellery was waterproof. It was annoying to be told they would let me know when they had more info, when it was actually a straightforward question that should have been answered quickly and clearly. 
- sunglasses order for holiday- I bought these sunglasses for my upcoming holiday and I was really looking forward to having them with me on my trip. But then I received an email confirming that they were actually on pre-order. I quickly contacted customer service to ask for more information and was told that my order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. It's been more than 3 weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. I got in touch with customer service once again but now they're not responding to my emails. I am very frustrated with the poor communication and lack of follow-through on their part.

late delivery
