Returned Order
I'm a customer at the store, and I recently returned an order. However, I still haven't received my refund for it. The order cost me quite a bit at 380€, so the fact that the store hasn't been in touch about the refund is worrying. I've tried getting in contact several times but haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of customer service is really disappointing and has made me feel frustrated and unsatisfied with my overall experience at the store.

Pram purchase
I bought a pram from this shop not long ago, and honestly, it was a letdown. At first, they said they'd match the price of the same item I found cheaper elsewhere, so I took the pram back and got my money back. But then, they changed their minds and said they wouldn't match the price after all. This really threw me off, as I needed the pram for a sudden trip to see my wife's family. Their lack of honesty and changing rules has made me think twice about shopping there again in the future.
