She was really proactive in making sure I got the missing item and kept me updated by email the whole time. I ordered a cotbed near the end of October, got an email a few days after saying it was on its way. It's been nearly three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything about when it'll be delivered. It's really annoying – I needed it quickly. I'm really let down by the customer service and delivery speed of this company, won't be buying from them again. I'll go with a more dependable company next time.
Next2me crib
I bought a Next2me crib from this company, but when it arrived, it was covered in mould, which made it unusable. I contacted customer service to try to sort it out, but they asked for proof that it came like that. I sent them photos of the crib being taken out of the box, clearly showing the mould. Even with that evidence, the customer service person wasn't helpful and didn't take it seriously, saying they didn't know how else I could prove it. When I mentioned going to trading standards, they said the law wouldn't do anything since it was bought months ago.

The baby care store has a really good selection of products and the prices are reasonable. However, I was a bit surprised by how much they charged for delivery - £5.95 seemed a bit steep for what I wanted to buy. So, I ended up getting it from a different shop where it was cheaper overall. I might still shop at this store in the future, especially for bigger things like playpens or monitors when they have them back in stock.

I ordered a pink cot bedding set from this one place and it was an absolute nightmare. The website messed up and ended up making two orders instead of just one. I tried to cancel one of them immediately, but they still sent out both orders. When I called to explain the situation, the woman on the phone was really rude and wouldn't agree to give me a returns label. The customer service was honestly terrible. I would advise steering clear of this place at all costs.
Stroller purchase
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. The stroller I got was really shoddy, with flimsy fittings that made it a nightmare to put together. On top of that, the back pieces were too long, leaving gaps when I tried to assemble it. And to top it off, there were a bunch of dents and marks on it, showing they didn't bother with quality control. I filled in their online complaint form but I still haven't heard back, which I think is really poor customer service.
