Ordered a cot and it finally turned up after ages. Took almost two weeks longer than they said and customer service blamed Yodel — it hadn’t even left their warehouse. Whatever, once it arrived the cot feels solid and was easy to build. Finish is nicer than I thought, mattress fits snug, barely any smell.
Sunday parcel surprise
Bought this on a lazy Saturday and half-expected to wait until Monday. Got the despatch email, shrugged, then — surprise — it turned up Sunday lunchtime. Proper handy, as I've already started using it in my morning routine (tea, toast and poking at it a bit) — small thing but saved me a trip out. Quite chuffed, will shop again.
Worth the small worry
smooth, warm wood, no sharp edges, and the steps don't creak. Putting it together was simple, the instructions were clear (I almost skipped them, actually) and everything slotted nicely. Properly sussed car seat

Staff were relaxed and actually knew what they were doing, no pushy sales chat, just practical tips and a bit of banter. It’s not perfect — they didn’t have the exact colour I wanted and I wish there’d been a simple printed how-to for fitting at home — but overall I drove off feeling a lot calmer, which counts for a lot. If you can, go and try seats in your car rather than ordering blind online; saves time and faff when it matters.
Assembly day disappointment
the cot does function and will do the job once you sort the parts, but the experience around it was poor. As someone heavily pregnant, I didn’t need extra hassle. If you’re prepping for a baby and your time or patience is tight, you might be better off buying from somewhere with clearer stock info and firmer quality checks.

I ordered a cotbed near the end of October, got an email a few days after saying it was on its way. It's been nearly three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything about when it'll be delivered. It's really annoying – I needed it quickly. I'm really let down by the customer service and delivery speed of this company, won't be buying from them again. I'll go with a more dependable company next time.
Hauck Disney Sport Minnie Sweetheart Pushchair
I bought a pushchair for my granddaughter from this company recently. I ordered it on the 28th of May and was really happy to get it delivered the very next day. I was surprised at how quick the delivery was and thought the service was really efficient. The pushchair is great quality, compact, and easy to fold down. Stair gate purchase for narrow staircase
Finding the right stair gate for our narrow staircase was a real headache until I got in touch with Olivers Baby Care. Next2me crib
I bought a Next2me crib from this company, but when it arrived, it was covered in mould, which made it unusable. I contacted customer service to try to sort it out, but they asked for proof that it came like that. I sent them photos of the crib being taken out of the box, clearly showing the mould. Even with that evidence, the customer service person wasn't helpful and didn't take it seriously, saying they didn't know how else I could prove it. When I mentioned going to trading standards, they said the law wouldn't do anything since it was bought months ago.

The baby care store has a really good selection of products and the prices are reasonable. However, I was a bit surprised by how much they charged for delivery - £5.95 seemed a bit steep for what I wanted to buy. So, I ended up getting it from a different shop where it was cheaper overall. I might still shop at this store in the future, especially for bigger things like playpens or monitors when they have them back in stock.
Maxi cosi familyfix pro base
I bought the Maxi Cosi familyfix pro base from this company, but it was faulty. When I tried to return it, the customer service was really bad. They wouldn't give me a free return or refund my money. Just a heads up, their customer service isn't great, so be cautious when buying from them.
Stair gate for my awkwardly sized stairs
I was looking for a stair gate that would fit my oddly sized stairs, and Olivers Baby Care really delivered! They had a fantastic range of options to pick from, and I was so happy to find the ideal stair gate available in different colours. Quick delivery and excellent customer service
I bought something from the shop recently and was really chuffed with how fast it arrived. Although I had a small problem with the delivery, the customer service team at the shop dealt with it really well and were very professional about it. I was amazed at how quickly they sorted it out and how determined they were to help me out. All in all, it was a good shopping experience at the shop and I would definitely think about going back in the future.
Pink cot bedding set
I ordered a pink cot bedding set from this one place and it was an absolute nightmare. The website messed up and ended up making two orders instead of just one. I tried to cancel one of them immediately, but they still sent out both orders. When I called to explain the situation, the woman on the phone was really rude and wouldn't agree to give me a returns label. The customer service was honestly terrible. I would advise steering clear of this place at all costs.
