Halfway through unpacking I realised the toddler needed blocking off after cheap gates failed; I was sceptical, installation was quick, it’s solid and now I’m actually calmer.
Handy find for the pram
Spotted it on a parenting group, tried the teething clip and muslin — feels solid, soft where it matters. Ordered quickly, arrived fast, told a mate, will buy again.
Nearly didn't buy
I was sceptical at first—thought it sounded too cheap, but I ordered Friday, used it Saturday morning; pleasantly surprised, a few niggles but happy.
Waiting longer than expected

Bit of a faff, cot’s decent
Ordered a cot and it finally turned up after ages. Took almost two weeks longer than they said and customer service blamed Yodel — it hadn’t even left their warehouse. Whatever, once it arrived the cot feels solid and was easy to build. Finish is nicer than I thought, mattress fits snug, barely any smell.

If you can, go and try seats in your car rather than ordering blind online; saves time and faff when it matters.
Assembly day disappointment
the cot does function and will do the job once you sort the parts, but the experience around it was poor. As someone heavily pregnant, I didn’t need extra hassle. If you’re prepping for a baby and your time or patience is tight, you might be better off buying from somewhere with clearer stock info and firmer quality checks.

I ordered a cotbed near the end of October, got an email a few days after saying it was on its way. It's been nearly three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything about when it'll be delivered. It's really annoying – I needed it quickly. I'm really let down by the customer service and delivery speed of this company, won't be buying from them again. I'll go with a more dependable company next time.
Hauck Disney Sport Minnie Sweetheart Pushchair
I bought a pushchair for my granddaughter from this company recently. I ordered it on the 28th of May and was really happy to get it delivered the very next day. Stair gate purchase for narrow staircase
Finding the right stair gate for our narrow staircase was a real headache until I got in touch with Olivers Baby Care. Next2me crib
I bought a Next2me crib from this company, but when it arrived, it was covered in mould, which made it unusable. I contacted customer service to try to sort it out, but they asked for proof that it came like that. I sent them photos of the crib being taken out of the box, clearly showing the mould. Even with that evidence, the customer service person wasn't helpful and didn't take it seriously, saying they didn't know how else I could prove it. When I mentioned going to trading standards, they said the law wouldn't do anything since it was bought months ago.
