    I'm a customer at the store, and I recently returned an order. However, I still haven't received my refund for it. The order cost me quite a bit at 380€, so the fact that the store hasn't been in touch about the refund is worrying. I've tried getting in contact several times but haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of customer service is really disappointing and has made me feel frustrated and unsatisfied with my overall experience at the store.

    Beautiful bag gift

    I was given a lovely bag by Tosca Blu as a gift for Christmas 2021. Unfortunately, after just a few months of using it, I lost a screw that connected one of the straps to the bag. I tried contacting their customer service through the email addresses provided and also gave their call centre a ring, sending them photos, dates, and all the details. I only asked if I could buy a replacement screw - not for a new bag or for the screw to be sent for free. Despite many attempts to get a reply, I didn't hear anything back from them. So now the bag just sits there, unusable! It's really disappointing that a brand as supposedly high-end and pricey as Tosca Blu turned out to be so unreliable.

    I bought some shoes from this company not long ago, but I wasn't too happy with how things went. I placed my order, but then it took ages for me to get any updates on when my delivery would arrive. It's been nearly a month now and I still haven't heard anything about where my order is. And to top it off, the customer service person I've been talking to, Chiara, hasn't been able to give me any helpful details about why there's a delay. I've tried getting in touch so many times, but all I've got back are general messages saying they're looking into it with the logistics team.

    I just bought a handbag from this shop and I've got to say, I am really happy with it. The quality is top-notch and I reckon I'll be using it for a good few years. The design is classic and classy, so it'll go with pretty much any outfit. I love the amount of effort and skill that must've gone into making this bag. Honestly, I'm well chuffed with my purchase and would definitely suggest this store to other folks.

    Backpack purchase, poor quality, disappointment

    I bought a backpack back in September from the shop, but by November, the lining inside had completely fallen apart. When I spoke to the store, they said they couldn't swap it because it was part of their summer collection. I had to pay €10 to get it fixed in December, only for the bottom of the backpack to crack after just two days of use. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the product and the lack of customer service from the company. I sent them an email, but I didn't get a response. I won't be buying from them again. It's a shame they couldn't even bother to reply.

    Sneakers bought a few months ago

    I got my trainers a few months back because I needed some comfy shoes to walk around in. However, they got pretty dusty and dirty over time, so I attempted to clean them. Unfortunately, the dye from the bottom fabric ended up staining the top fabric and the stitching started to unravel. It was frustrating because I was hoping for better quality considering the amount of money I paid for them. It's definitely not worth the money, that's for sure. I even wrote to customer service to address the issue, but they didn't provide any assistance.

    Leather handbag purchase

    I bought this leather handbag about a year ago at a big shopping centre in Orio al Serio, Bergamo, right by the airport. The person working there told me it was all leather. At first, I didn't use it much but eventually, I started using it every day. After only two months, it started peeling. I'm really unhappy with this brand because the quality of the product is just not up to scratch.

    Quick and Easy Purchase

    My recent experience at this place was really disappointing. When I first went there, I had to wait for 25 minutes without getting any service, menus, or drinks. Even though I asked a waitress if it was okay to sit, no one came to take our order or even acknowledge us. The menu only had chicken fingers, pepperoni pizza, and chips with onion dip, which was nothing like what they advertised. When we finally got our food, the chicken fingers were not great, there was no sauce or refills, and there was even a hair baked into the pizza. I paid my bill and left straight away. Then, I sadly gave them another chance and ordered delivery, which turned out to be a better option.

    Broken sandal

    I got these sandals from a posh town and one of the straps came off when I wore them on holiday. Can you believe it, they were actually held together with tape! I couldn't get new ones so I had to make do without. And when I tried to take them back, the shop refused to assist. What a waste of £180!

    Purse purchased on 21 December

    On the 2nd of December, I came across this really nice purse on a fancy Italian shop's website. I thought it looked pretty awesome, so I showed it to my dad and he went ahead and bought it for me. I've been getting some really cool compliments on it and I absolutely love it.

    During lockdown, I decided to look for another purse online and managed to find one on sale. I placed the order on the 21st of December and noticed it was coming all the way from Italy. I didn't expect it to arrive anytime soon, but to my surprise, it actually got here on Christmas Eve! DHL Express sent me an email with the estimated delivery date and time, and even gave me the option to change it if needed, which I thought was really nice. I was totally amazed at how quickly it arrived! I wish other delivery companies were as efficient as them, honestly.

    I've sent more than five emails asking to be removed from the mailing list, but it's been two years and I'm still getting them. It's really frustrating and shows the brand doesn't care about their customers. It's disappointing to keep getting emails I don't want when I've made it clear I want to opt-out.

    My experience with this online store has been really disappointing. I bought a pair of sneaker shoes, but my order got cancelled two days later because they didn't have them in stock. I was already annoyed, but I decided to give them another chance and made a new order. I even paid extra for fast delivery, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my purchase. The customer service just sent me standard replies that didn't help at all, and I'm really unhappy with how everything turned out. I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all, it's just a waste of money and time. There are so many other brands out there that treat their customers better and offer a way better service. Tosca Blu really needs to rethink how they sell things online and hire better people to help their customers.

    So I picked up this bag and at first, it seemed really nice. But then, like 10 days later, the stitches on the shoulder strap just gave way and I was totally shocked! I tried to get in touch with them about it, first I called the store at the airport where I bought it and they were like, "just send an email with pictures", so I did. But then, I heard nothing for days! So I tried to find another email address on their website, but there was nothing, just a silly form to fill in. I called their customer service but no one spoke English and they just ended the call, how rude! Eventually I filled in the form, but got a message telling me to email an incorrect address, like seriously?! And then my email got bounced back, I mean, really? It's like they don't want to listen to any complaints about their products at all. The items might look good, but they're such poor quality and not even cheap! The customer service is practically non-existent, it's just so disappointing. I'll never shop with them again, like, never!

    Bought the bag for personal use and it was awesome. Really enjoyed carrying it. Was lightweight but strong and quality. After a few use, my sister got to know about the bag and wanted same. I referred her to Tosca Blu and she bought her own. Visiting the online store caught her eyes taken by the shoes as displayed and she also had to buy the shoes which equally was as quality as the bag. Apart from products, Tosca Blu also offer great services like fast and timely delivery, different payment options to suit whichever I choose and also provide expertise advice where I may need. With all these, it simply means more patronage and more recommendation.
