Gift of 11 trees for a birthday present
I found myself in a bit of a tricky situation when my Visa Card wouldn't go through for the payment. Luckily, a really nice employee, let's call him Mr. Gianguido, came to my rescue. He was so helpful and kind on the phone, suggesting another way for me to send the money. He even sent me a couple of emails to make sure all was okay. Thanks to Mr. Gianguido, I managed to gift 11 trees as a birthday present. If he hadn't helped me out, I would have been stuck.
