Water feature
I got a water feature and it came in alright. But when I tried to shift it, my thumb just went straight through the top because it's so flimsy! I'll need to sort it out myself, but it's pretty rubbish that it's such poor quality.

Laminate flooring purchase
The people working at the shop were really good - they knew their stuff and gave me a hand without being too pushy. They even sent me a link to pay online after I had left to mull over the purchase, which was dead handy. I definitely reckon their service is top-notch. The delivery driver was a right nice bloke too, making the whole thing a proper positive experience.
