I recently bought some nail polish from an online store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the variety they had. They had the exact colour I wanted and the prices were good too. The whole shopping process was really easy from start to finish, from browsing the website right through to paying.

Sunday delivery disappointment
I was really disappointed with the Sunday delivery service I paid extra for. They said I'd get the package on the 26th of May, but the driver left before I could even get downstairs. They said they'd leave it at a nearby DPD locker, but that never happened. Then they said it would come on Tuesday 28th May, but it didn't. Eventually, they rescheduled it for Wednesday 29th, but I couldn't be there due to work. The lack of professionalism and communication from this company is shocking. They didn't keep their promises and didn't even reply to my complaint emails. I spent over £100 and this has been the worst service I've ever had.
