Misleading shipping information
I am really let down by this company for giving me wrong info about shipping. They said they have UK addresses, but all things are sent from Denmark. My order was meant to come in 3 days, but it's still in Holland. It's not cool to lie like this, so I recommend not buying from them for fast delivery.

Gold chain purchase
I bought this gold chain online, but when it turned up, I realised it was a bit too short for my taste. So, I thought I'd pop down to the store nearby to see if they could help. The staff there were really friendly and told me I could get a refund for the chain and swap it for a longer one. I was really pleased that they were so accommodating and made it all simple for me. Now I've got this amazing chain that I wear all the time!
