Booking experience disappointment
I recently booked a place for my family in my husband's name, and we were told we'd get a full refund if we cancelled within a certain time. But when we had to cancel and asked for our money back, we only got a third of it and were charged extra fees that weren't mentioned. It's not right and seems like a scam. I suggest being careful before booking with this company.

Wrong order received, refund not received
I am really disappointed with the service I got from your company. I got the wrong order and even after trying to fix it, I still haven't received what I actually ordered. It's been nearly two weeks now and I'm not sure what to do next. I've filled out lots of contact forms, messaged on social media, and even contacted one of your stores, but no one has got back to me. This lack of communication and not sorting things out is not good enough, and has made me feel fed up and like I'm being ignored.

I recently bought some Manchester United gear from this shop and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. I made my order on the 27th of November and was told it would arrive on the 6th of December. But then, to my surprise, on the 1st of December, I received an email claiming that my stuff had already been delivered. When I got back home, there was no sight of any package anywhere. The Royal Mail delivery person apparently took a photo of a random door corner as proof of delivery, which was pretty useless and irritating. I got in touch with the Manchester United Shop and they told me I had to wait 3 days before considering it lost, which I personally thought was just ridiculous and not at all helpful.
