Rental insurance claim process
I was really pleased with how easy and efficient it was to make a claim with this insurance company. I wasn't sure at first because insurance companies can be a bit of a pain, but I was pleasantly surprised. I sent off all the paperwork and then just a day later I got an email saying my claim had been approved. The money, fees and all, was in my bank account the next day. It was so quick and efficient, really top-notch customer service in the insurance world.

Game Purchase
I bought a game from this shop not long ago and I have to say, it was quite annoying. The way they dealt with keeping me updated on when my order would arrive was really disappointing. I placed my order on the 23rd of April and even though I didn't get any tracking details, I got an email saying my item would be sent out on the 6th of May. Turns out, the delay was because they needed to get the item to their site first, but they hadn't made that clear on their website. By the 9th of May, I still hadn't got my order and they weren't being very clear about when it would arrive. In the end, I decided to ask for my money back, but they weren't very good at replying to my emails. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with the customer service from this shop.
